Definitely a budget hotel Was notified upon check in that my room wouldn’t be the most updated which we were okay with. Upon entry, the room had a significant amount of dust falling from the vents and furniture. We signed up for housekeeping during our 3 night stay, and even though we left the room early for breakfast each day, the housekeeping never came. Each night we made a call down to the front desk letting them know the situation and requested some fresh towels at the minimum. Thankfully we did receive those, and everyone we spoke with during our stay was very kind. The room itself was just a disappointment. The views were nice though.

The Empire is under Dictatorship Beware of this property. I was in my room sleeping when housekeeping came knocking twice while I had my room occupied sign placed hanging on the door handle outside my room. The 2nd time they actually removed the sign and took it with them after I told them I was staying until the next day. After I made a complaint to the housekeeping manager, they sent a detail of armed security agents to my room and not only kicked me out but also trespassed me from the property.

Ripped off by parking. Rooms are fine for what you pay for. Location is good and central. Although when we first arrived they gave us the wrong room type to what we booked. Much lower level and size. I had to prove in photos to the front desk it was the wrong room. After that they gave us the right room. We got ripped off with the parking though. Paid $20 per night as part of the stay, but the room key never worked when we tried to exit the parking garage. Had to pay many $100's more to get the car out the the garage at the gate. Went to the front desk and advised them, they really didn't care. The live animals they have there including the Flamingo's I'm sure wouldn't really appreciate the party DJ music coming from the pool all day. All in all our recent trip to Vegas really showed how the whole place has gone down hill. Everything is a rip off now. Old classic Vegas is gone, including everything that was once so cheap there like buffets and drinks. Everything seems to actually cost more there then anywhere else in the U.S and they still want you to gamble.

Terrible place to visit or stay. The stay at the Flamingo was unpleasant to say the least. Very old rooms and the smallest TV I've ever seen. Nothing was complimentary including the water which was very expensive so bring extra money. The shower was broken. Loud rap music throughout the hotel inside and out. Poor customer service and only a couple elevators working. We will never visit or stay at this place again.

Super loud neighbors and no room service. Kiosk check in was nice and quick to skip the lines and app check out also was nice and easy. Problems were the following : No housekeeping ever showed up and we were there 3 nights Thursday Friday and Saturday. Saturday 6 am adjoining room started playing music and it got louder. 8 am I called guest services who said I needed to talk to security and was transferred over. They were short and rude but said they would check it out. Nothing changed, the music continued on and turning on our tv for noise didn’t help much. 8:30 am I called services again and was transferred to security. I different person answered and said people are waking up and sounds are to be expected. I said the wall was vibrating because it was so loud. I said send security to my room to hear what we were experiencing. They hung up on me. Nothing changed next door. We got up and headed out because having a normal relaxing start to the day was not going to happen. Upon returning at about 6 pm the music was even louder than the morning. It was almost comical except it wasn’t. I called again and same rude and uncaring attitude and again no one did anything about it. We changed into evening clothes and left the room just to get away again. It was really upsetting to be treated by such uncaring and unprofessional people. I’m not a nitpicking reviewer person but this issue needs to be shared. Bottom line is the Flamingo has cheaper rates but …. is it worth it?
