Great time with some hiccups..... When we got there their key system went down. There was people for every where, wrapped around walk ways. We waited about 30 min before the system rebooted and were able to get keys. The front desk was down as well. You would think they would have offered something, but all we got was mini water bottles. However, the employee helping us at the self check in kiosk was amazing. She was very patient and kind. We saw Piff the Magic Dragon, and he is a hoot. I remembered why we don't stay on the strip with their high prices for drinks and gambling (this was a staycation for us). This is not to say we didn't have a great time. But we gambled over $100 on machines before any cocktail waitress ever came by, and we also learned to buy your drinks at the gift shop rather than the bar or waiting for cocktail waitress. I would stay at the Flamingo again, their rooms are cute and updated. All in all it was a good time.

Lack of customer service & not very clean The customer service at this hotel was disappointing. We specifically requested a Strip view, but were given a room facing construction, with the view blocked by another building. When we asked to change rooms, our request was denied. We also arrived a bit early and were not informed about the early check-in fee structure. Had this been explained, we could have paid a lower fee (around $30) instead of the $70 we were charged. We only learned about the price differences from another guest, which was frustrating. While the room itself was decent, the bathroom did not meet expectations. The bathtub was dirty and had visible hair, which is unacceptable given the price we paid. Overall, considering the cost, we did not receive the view, experience, or level of customer service we expected. The lack of communication and attention to detail really took away from our stay.

Great location, but rooms are lackluster and dirty Location here was fantastic. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. We wanted to spend our time on the strip and to see BSB at the sphere. So centrally located we were able to walk to most things. Easy uber to Fremont street, premium outlets, etc where we also spent some time. 15-20 min uber from the airport as well - very easy. The hotel itself had a lot of amenities which was great but for Vegas, I expected a spectacular room. While our view of the high roller was gorgeous, the room was not. It was dirty. There was stains EVERYWHERE. Everything was old and dingy. It looked like no one ever cleaned. See photos. Also two nights in a row both by using the concierge text and the second time by leaving a physical note for the housekeeper, I asked for an extra pillow and never got one which was irritating. I did appreciate the pay for early check in and late check out options. Be prepared you’ll pay over $50/day for a “resort” fee on top of your room charge. Not really sure what that got me … there was nothing in our room, barely even a toiletry. The flamingos on site were cool. The Cortadito coffee shop was great. We had an excellent meal at Bugsy’s Steakhouse. Overall good stay - but I really hope they make some improvements to the cleanliness of their rooms.

Old and Smelly Very dirty. Old smell of smoke everywhere. Front desk staff could barely help find things in the hotel never mind assist on recommending things like restaurants nearby. Cheap but not worth it.

Bad experience , don’t stay here The room upgrade offered during self check-in is a scam. At the kiosk, we were given two upgrade options and chose the most expensive one, yet we never received the upgraded room. When we went to the front desk to resolve the issue, Tiffany and her manager were extremely rude, dismissive, and made no effort to fix the problem. The room itself was unacceptable. The curtains would not close properly and had nails sticking out, which caused me to injure myself while trying to close them. To make matters worse, even though we clearly placed the “room occupied” sign on the door, a staff member still knocked on our door early in the morning, waking us up. Do not stay here.
