Would recommend to our friends! We really enjoyed staying at the Flamingo! It was in a really central spot on the strip with the LINQ promenade right next door. It’s easy to walk up and down the strip when you’re located in the middle where the Flamingo is. It was also really easy for us to get the bus from the airport and be dropped off close by. We also enjoyed getting the DEUCE bus up and down the strip too. The room was really big and spacious. It was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and huge. We would stay there again! The casino downstairs was huge and had many shops on the bottom level with everything you may need. We liked going to the close by CVS for daily essentials though. We were on the 4th floor and couldn’t hear any of the noise from the strip! Our room was cleaned daily and the staff were helpful. We appreciated our luggage being brought up to us once we had checked in. The late check in is probably the only downfall as other hotels let you check in early for free if the room is available. You need to pay extra to check in early at the Flamingo unfortunately. The hotel held our bags in storage whilst we explored for the day and waited til 3:30 to check in though. The atmosphere was fun and bright. The hotel was true value for money!

NEGATIVE on the price and amenities available First...I booked a room and when I got there the price doubled. I feel CHEATED .Their booking agent was very misleading and intentionally lied about the price and the amenities. I now know I could have stayed at another hotel cheaper and had what I wanted. He said a microwave and coffee in the room....there was NONE. I won't stay there again...I don't trust them to do what they say. PS I found out I could have got the coffee and micro if I paid the price of a high roller room....haha NO WAY

First Vegas Trip The room was okay. It did not have a microwave. We had to ask for soap and only half of the tub was covered with a door. No door or shower curtain for the rest of the tub. Got lots of water on the floor from the shower. The location of the hotel is great! Kind of in the center of the strip. I am not for sure why they charge a resort fee. When I asked about resort amenities, I was told the fee covers WiFi, the pool, gym and local calls. (The pool was closed). Those other items seem standard for hotels that do not charge a resort fee. I guess it’s just something all of the hotels in that area does. We had a great view of the Ferris wheel and the sphere!

Fraud They have zero customer service they charge me twice firstly charged me 213 dollars which were supposed to be as a security deposit and a city tax and then they charge me again when I checked out with same security deposit and same amount of text instead of refunding me they are charging me again and again and they don't have any email ID or complaint Center please tell me why what to do and how to approach them

Flooded toilet. Dirty Room Room 21134 was not clean, due the tampons found spread with a pouch. Upon using the shower the toilet floor is flooded in spite the fact that I upgrade my reservation. I have to wipe all the water. Too tired to call maintenance for the mess. My husband used to be housekeeping supervisor. Room is not clean.
