Ups and downs We have stayed here many times. I must say the hotel is not the same and the crowd has changed. We were Thera week and requested maid service once and supplies such as towels and coffee etc also. Maid service was minimal and surprising that she would remove the extra clean towels and washcloths we had requested but neglected to do items like fill shower wash (it was empty). The shower door was cruddy and gave a total ick vibe. Lots of good things still and would recommend due to the hotels location on the strip.

Flamingo front desk is worthless, either for checkin or checkout! Flamingo is definitely working to earn the most expensive for the least effort award. Check in and check out experiences were absolutely disgraceful. I was there for business, room was not ready at 3:30 as stated, and I missed a meeting trying to get checked in. Shower control almost scalded me due to tempermental controls. Staff totally uninterested in helping me to get situation resolved. Check out was even worse. Will try NEVER to stay here again.

Worst Las Vegas Hotel Extremely self centered facility that is not a good neighbor. They are a magnet for trashy guests and low life's. Horrible music blasting at the pool from early morning till after dinner. They don't care about anything but the dollar. Typical corporate takeover from the uncaring Caesars Corp. Hundreds of better options for resort hotels.
