Unclean rooms and very poor Customer Service!!! If I could give them a no star review, I would. We stayed 2 nights. No actual humans at the check in counter. We needed a rollaway bed and called for it to be brought up and were told we didn't order one so they weren't sending one. The bath and sink didn't drain well and they weren't going to do anything about that either. Housekeeping delivered towels and emptied the trash can ONLY. They didn't change bedding. All in all very poor Customer Service!!!

perfect as advertised. While there is a resort fee, it was nothing compared to the access to Fremont Street. While I lost $275 on craps at Golden Nugget, it took five hours to draw that out. Five hours of free drinks as well!! Next time I'm going, it'll be between Golden Nugget and Four Queens.

We will never stay at Golden Nugget, Las Vegas again! The issues we encountered were numerous and unacceptable: · A tiny bathroom with visibly poor caulking (photos attached). · No reliable Wi-Fi connection, despite being advertised (photo attached). · Stopped-up toilet that remained unresolved even after we reported it and left for the day. · Depressing room with an obvious ceiling leak repair and a half-painted attempt to conceal it (photo attached). · Outdated electrical sockets that couldn’t hold plugs securely, making it difficult to charge devices. · Unattractive view of a rooftop from our window. · Non-smoking floor that constantly smelled of marijuana, with no visible enforcement of the non-smoking policy. · Guests smoking in non-smoking areas throughout the property, again with no staff intervention or enforcement. · Stained hallway carpet with visible cigarette burns, further detracting from the hotel’s cleanliness and upkeep. Due to the cumulative impact of these issues, we made the decision to check out early as this was our honeymoon. However, no refund was offered for the unused nights, which we find unacceptable given the circumstances.

Bar drinks $13 if not betting at least a dollar in slots at bar. Can hear music in streets all night. 4 coffee pods comped with room. Extra coffee pods cost you $25/4. Rooms clean. Plenty linens.
