Odds and Ends Stayed in Rush tower and after seeing our daughter's room in Carson tower, I preferred hers. Our room was supposed to be quiet. It wasn't . Each night we could hear the music from Fremont Street. The finish on the entry table had a big area worn off. Our hair conditioner was empty. View wasn't good. The air conditioner worked great, bed was comfortable, plenty of sitting space but needed more light in the room. Phone charger only on one side of bed. At least 3 restaurants in the hotel never opened. Good location to walk to others though. When we ate at CJ's we had a strange item added to our check. They did remove it when I asked about it. Pool ended up being drained and no notice as to why. And, it's super easy to walk from one tower to the others inside.

Felt Unsafe After Harassment Incident – No Follow-Up from Management I’ve stayed at many casinos in Vegas, but unfortunately I won’t be returning to the Golden Nugget after what happened on this trip. While playing craps, I was suddenly confronted by an aggressive man who came out of nowhere, got in my face, repeatedly yelled homophobic slurs at me, and threatened me by saying I was “lucky I was in a casino.” Security did remove him after multiple outbursts, but what disturbed me most was what happened afterward: no one in security or management ever checked on me, asked for my statement, or offered reassurance. Other guests and staff witnessed what happened — one fellow player even shook my hand and told me I wasn’t in the wrong, and a waitress said incidents like this “happen all the time.” That makes me even more uneasy, knowing this is treated as routine. I no longer felt safe walking around the property after this, and ended up staying in my room. For a resort of this size and reputation, I expected follow-up, accountability, and at minimum a concern for guest safety. Instead, I was left to look over my shoulder. I won’t be staying here again, and I hope management takes situations like this more seriously in the future. No guest should have to feel unsafe or unsupported after being threatened on property.

Never going back again Very beautiful in casino Inside room very very disgusting Plus no coffee maker, clock or radio. This tower can’t have these things sent up and was not in descriptions when getting room. Just assumed coffee maker in every hotel room with clock radio.

Great service We stay here often because it's the best hotel downtown, in my opinion. It's clean, updated and always welcoming!
