Nice place and clean This is a great location off the strip. It’s reasonably priced. The entire place is very clean. Nice little patio area. Clean pool and jacuzzi. The staff was very nice and helpful. I strongly recommend this place for a non-strip visit to Vegas.

A quiet day before the fireworks. I was pleasantly surprised when I manage to reserve two rooms only a week before the July 4th holiday and it was a very pleasant and quiet stay. I’ve stayed at this Hampton inn many times over the years and it has always been a positive experience. Very friendly and accommodating staff, nice rooms and a complimentary breakfast menu that changes every day.

Good value for the price Good clean hotel relatively close to Summerlin activities. Dulce and Adriana at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly at the front desk. Our TV signal froze one morning and Adriana had maintenance fix it within 10 minutes. Breakfast was decent each morning and weight room was clean and well equipped. Wish the bed was a little softer and the pillows a lot firmer. All in all a good experience and we would stay here again.

Incompetent Front Desk The rooms were nice however half the rooms back up to the pool and highway and they are poorly insulated. You hear literally everything. The pool/hot tub is filthy...when ringing out your swim attire at the end of a session it is brown. Worst of all the hotel screwed up our reservations. One person in our group had three reservations in her name. The hotel threatened to charge her unless the reservations were taken. Luckily the hotel screwed up with me and another family because they did not have our reservations. However they tried to charge us a higher rate for our rooms. The other person fell for it. I argued the rate and they smugly said they couldn't do better...except I went online and reserved it on the hilton website for the lower rate. I've never seen such smug staff unwilling to figure out a problem and I travel often for work and pleasure. This is not in line with the hilton brand.

Great as always! Their relatively recent remodel has improved the guest rooms a lot. The rooms are very nicely appointed, spacious and comfortable. We always enjoy our stay here, in spite of the pillows being among the worst I have ever encountered. If at all possible, bring your own pillow. And be prepared for a bit of sticker shock as you make your reservation; it's no longer at all uncommon to pay more than $200 a night at this property.
