Location and Value Great value for the money. The rooms were nice and clean. Check-in and check-out were efficient. Lots of shopping close by; the LINQ Promenade has many restaurants to choose from. We liked Chayo and Off the Street. You can walk to Aria, Treasure Island, Wynn, Flamingo, Bellagio, and Caesar's Palace to name a few.

RUDE EMPLOYEE complaint about the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior we experienced at the Rewards Center during our stay at Harrah’s Las Vegas. This is our first stay at your property, and unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing because of how your staff treated us. One of the employees — a woman with long black hair — spoke to us with an attitude and was very dismissive. Another employee, an older woman working at the counter, was even more disrespectful. My mother was politely trying to explain something, and before she could finish her sentence, the employee cut her off and said, “I can’t understand you,” in a rude and demeaning tone. She made no effort to listen or help, and the way she spoke to my mom was embarrassing and hurtful. My mother left feeling disrespected, and this made our first visit to Harrah’s feel very negative.

Checks all the boxes This hotel provides all you really need. Center strip location can’t be beat. Good access to the monorail. Get a light breakfast here, then later walk outside a short distance to nearby fine dining. At these rates, spend a little more to get a larger room or suite. Get a room towards the back-strip and (tiny) pool view are noisy due to the late night band. Avoid the kiosks to check in-mine was a downgrade from what I paid (it was quickly fixed but required a trip to the front desk). Casino is adequate. Pass on slot machines- instead stretch your dollars on video craps. Upstairs theatre is cozy-even towards the back-be sure to get seated in a booth (chairs are cramped).
