Cutting corners is noticeable The casino is nice but hotel is 2 star. Paper cups, non working electric products, a sliver of soap most people throw away & rip off prices like $9.99 12 Oz Pepsi, $11 slice of plain pizza & hidden surcharges on restaurant check that they quickly remove if you catch them. If they raised their room prices & used better quality products but were more fair with their prices like they used to do I would be happier.

Choose a different hotel The weather is beautiful during this time of year. I would choose a different hotel. I wouldn’t recommend. Wrong room, tv broken, no housekeeping services even. The rooms don’t have basic amenities. They have stripped them of everything. Employees aren’t overly friendly. The best part is that it’s close to Casino Royale and the Linq promenade.

Conveniently Located Hotel Hotel is located in a very convenient area. It rained while we were there so hotel experienced several leaks. Food is incredibly expensive and the rooms are a little outdated. Resort fee is pretty high (as is most of Vegas) and food is incredibly expensive in the hotel ($7 for a bottled drink). I know Vegas is struggling. They might consider an overall look at pricing....

Broken safe Checked into my room and found out the safe was broken. I had cash on me—because this is Vegas—so I called the front desk. The agent told me I needed to stay in my room for up to an hour until an engineer could come fix it. I explained that I could just take my cash with me and have the engineer repair it while I was out, so it would be ready when I returned. Nope. They insisted I had to stay in the room and even told me to “clear my schedule” to wait for up to an hour. I didn’t come to Vegas to sit in my room waiting for an engineer, so I ended up carrying my backpack everywhere for the rest of the trip.
