Good stay. Bobby Flay's burgers are amazing as well and the other food available at the food court is good too. The beds were super comfortable and perfect for a good night's sleep. Check you emails the extra fees and high tax rate can kill your buzz and overall though my good friend and I had a good experience at the hotel the room was amazing even though we asked for an additional discount because of the fees.

Room upgrade was a joke I paid for a room upgrade for a pool view. My view was of a roof and a small pool that looked like it hadn’t had water in it in years. The express check in was a joke 2 of the 5 machines were out of order, line was out the door.

Stole out money and passports The worst experience I had as a tourist was at this hotel. On Monday, February 16th, someone entered our room and stole our bag with money and passports while we were sleeping. We had to go to the police station and file a report because the hotel wouldn't give us any answers. They refused to check the security cameras and just kept saying they were sorry. The worst experience. They only said they were going to escalate it to the supervisors, but they didn't offer any solution.
