Exceptional Experience Located in the middle of the strip. Within walking distance to the Sphere and many other attractions. Room was large and comfortable. Very quiet. Exceptionally fast elevators, never waited more than 20 seconds for one to arrive and was very quick to our floor (58)

Wouldn’t suggest staying here… This is so far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Vegas. We paid for the “upgrade” and the lights were burned out, the ac didn’t work very well, it smelled musty, the shower wasn’t a full door and the bathroom was a sliding door (not sure how that’s an upgrade from the normal rooms), there were chunks missing from the end tables, the tv was constantly losing connection and buffering on regular cable tv, no fridge or microwave, and the safe had low battery. We called immediately when we got to the room and noticed the issues but Harrah’s was not accommodating at all.

Disappointed The stay was great until I got the bill, they charged me for items I did not use. Be cautious staying here because they might charge you for mini bar items even if you don't take any. Very disappoint in the integrity of this hotel after this experience.

Bring earplugs and Keurig pods! Clean and comfortable, odd layout though. Closet was a hanging rail in the bathroom! Keurig but no complementary tea or coffee so bring your own. $6 for a pint of milk from the shop downstairs! No mini fridge so expensive milk had to live in the ice bucket. Room overlooking the pool was incredibly noisy! Earplugs essential as the loud music goes on well into the wee small hours. But the bed was a delight which is the main thing!
