Thank you Nataliya and MGM Grand! I'm writing this as soon as I got into our room because I am SO grateful for Nataliya's help. We got to the MGM Grand slightly early, being super tired, and we were hoping to be able to get into our room to get some rest. I was lucky enough to meet Nataliya at Mobile Check-in, and she was nice enough to get us a really nice room in the MGM Tower and, most importantly, helped us get into our room early. Employees like Nataliya make you want to keep coming back and turn you into a loyal customer. Thank you again Nataliya and MGM Grand!

Shocking Pool Bar Service Went to this hotel to use the pool as our one was closed, went to get drink, sat at bar to be told we had to queue to get a drink and then we could sit at bar, which you think fair enough, but then whilst sitting at bar with drinks loads of other people just came in and got served at the bar, one rule of one and one for others! Also the lady that's comes round the pool to ask if you want drinks, really quite rude!

Comfortable stay Stayed here for two nights and booked through the Chase Edit portal which includes an upgraded room and a $100 dining credit. The room was spacious, recently renovated and with a nice view on the 25th floor. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean and with decent WiFi. Plenty of hot water and outlets. The tv didn’t allow streaming, but there were plenty of movies you can select to watch. Staff in general were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish they change is that they include parking since guests already pay so much for the ridiculous resort fee. At $20 a day additional for parking, it does feel like the hotel is nickel and diming you… but I guess that’s most places in Vegas now.

Great stay but expect to drop some $$$$ Honestly we had a great 2 night stay at the double room. We had the view to a little bit of the strip and the view to the airport we could literally watch plane take off laying on our beds. The room was modern, newly renovated. The lighting and the temperature was top notch. We didn’t experience too much noises either. The only thing is that a bar of Dubai chocolate at their downstairs convenience shop was $30 lol. And 2 bottles of Gatorade will run you about $13. So if you have DoorDash or instachart you’ll save a lot of money. The on site night club Hakkasan is one of the best in Vegas. I will stay again.

Leslie Made My Birthday Stay at MGM Grand Truly Unforgettable I recently stayed at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas to celebrate my birthday, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service I received. From check-in, Leslie at the front desk provided one of the best hospitality experiences I have had in years. She was professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. As a Titanium Elite member with Marriott, I always appreciate when loyalty is recognized, and Leslie went above and beyond to make my stay special. She graciously upgraded my room and provided a dining credit, which made my birthday celebration even more enjoyable.
