Better than expected Newly renovated room was way better than expected! It all looked brand new! I Would most definitely stay again! 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms, soaking tub, Large shower, king size bed with a day bed, 2 tvs, a shuffleboard, a full bar, full couch, and a Keurig! Just stunning, and felt I was in luxury the entire time!

Poor treatment for customers and no care. I had a minor incident where my son while playing in the son hit his head with the door handle and was bleeding. He got overwhelmed and threw up, I called the housekeeping went out spoke to them even called reception for help but no one came one member from housekeeping just gave 2 bandages and said they will notify the security no one came to check even after calling multiple times. Finally I had to clean the washroom in the night, when I went again at the reception next morning they said go and raise a security incident and we will give you free parking. When checking out the parking charge was there I had to spend 1 more hour explaining the situation and getting it waived off. I demand compensation for such a bad treatment.

Worst customer service experience ever. BEYOND RUDE! On arrival the check-in guy was extremely rude, there was also the maintenance guy who was muttering obscene things as if I couldn't here him. On the casino floor the drink attendant took my order and I sat waiting for over an hour before having to place another order with someone else, during which time I had stopped another drink lady only to be told this wasn't her area and another time I had stopped a alot attendant and asked kindly to watch my machine while I ran to the atm only to be told sorry I can't right now I have to use the restroom. Like WOW! RUDE!

Christmas Trip - with issues We had a great time in Vegas, won a little money! That money is needed. This has gone from a value trip to becoming very expensive! Did the Sphere, some great dinners but now wonder if the value was worth those costs. We enjoy staying at MGM Grand, clean, friendly, near what we like. But looking at the entire trip we many have to cut back on our trips to Vegas due to overall costs.

Distasteful first impression frequent visitor from LA and first time staying at MGM property. Unsure about returning. Me and family booked through The Edit for a total of 4 nights for our Christmas vegas vacation. Front desk and phone personnel need a 101 on customer service. The Edit perks were not mentioned until I asked and even then no upgrade or late check outs were mentioned (even if unavailable), and calling after to inquire about buffet hours and valet info we received stale short-answered staff. Bell men and valet were great, however. We’ll continue coming to Vegas but MGM left us with a not great first experience.
