MGM Grand Las Vegas A very nice hotel and is located walking distance to many attractions on Las Vegas Blvd. You can get lost inside due to its size. Of course everything is Vegas priced so be ready for that. We ate most of our dinners in Lucini's. It was reasonably priced and our server every time was Jessica and she was absolutely awesome. Overall it was a good trip and the MGM Grand was a comfortable place to lay our heads.

It was good. People were helpful. It was easy from the airport and the online check in was fantastic. I asked for an early check in and was in the room by 1:00.

Terrible Casino Overpriced on Everything Terrible Service Came here to stay and the only thing that is nice about MGM is their rooms. Customer Service is absolutely terrible drinks are way over priced. A simple Tito’s and soda is $20 beers are $15. We played black jack and I’m serious it took an hour to get service for 1 beer. I’ll never stay here ever again. We asked the Pit Boss 3 times for service and they don’t care. They sure have little convenient store sections though on the casino floors which I’ve never seen before so you can buy a 24oz beer for $15. It’s all about profits here they don’t care the least for their customer base anymore. Vegas all around sucks in general it’s like this all up and down the strip. Now I know why tourism is down 15% or more….

Not 5 Star. Didn't Expect It To Be . But It Will Do! MGM Grand was a very nice hotel. We chose it becuz they had a lazy river pool. Something I thought we'd enjoy lazing in "the morning after the night before". Of course it was closed. The day before we arrived. Our room was nice, clean and well appointed. I shared a room with my ex sister in law. My son and his gf were down the hall and my sister was one floor below. We were there for a kind of family get together. My eldest son lives out there so of course we had fun! Back to the resort review. We ate at a pub. It was 5 adults and with apps, drinks and dinner it was under $300. I thought that was good since the day before we went to a Gordon Ramsey restaurant for lunch and it was for 4 adults. Burgers, and 3 alcoholic beverages and 2 sodas was over $200. The Grand offered a lot of restaurant choices. We had pizza, chinese (yummy) and I had a waffle sundae for breakfast one morning. Besides dining, they had a food court with all types of yummy "to go" or "grab your own table" type food. Everything we tried was very good, expensive, but that was expected. My sister in law and I had the ever clear Margaritas. Don't do it. I drink once every 2 years and I felt completely sober downing one of those really tall boys. I think the glass was 18 inches .They offer "another" shot for an additional $10. If there was any alcohol in ours...... Well let's just say there wasn't any in ours. Gift shop prices for snacks runs you a small fortune (again, expected). So do yourself a favor. Outside the front doors and to your right is an entire strip of stores for your convenience. There was a pharmacy (chain), many souvenir shops with excellent prices. We purchased a bunch of soda and snacks. Brought it back to room. No fridge. So we kept all cold stuff in ice in sink. Worked well.

Room from hell A horrible experience every time the room was dead bolted. The front office would get a notification that the door was open. There was a malfunction with the door sensor and they continue to send security up And they would jiggle the door handle late at night and spooked my wife, They also called to the room numerous times as late as 2 AM. Had very hard time sleeping and nothing was resolved. I was just told to give up my safety and leave the door unlocked.
