Fantastic! The overall experience was fantastic. MGM was the only large casino on the strip that offers rooms on the 1st floor which is extremely important to me since my wife doesn't get in elevators due to cluster phobia.

Probably won’t be going back next stay Furniture in the room was nasty and stained the ATM machine broke down. Had to wait for three different employees to flag down to get help and resolved than the members reward card. Repro machine took my drivers license and had to wait an even longer line at the rewards members area right next to it, and the man that helped me initially understood my frustration, but when he called in for his superior, she came in with no assistance whatsoever

Great Resort and Rooms! Fantastic experience all in all. That hotel is really nice, the suite we got was great- very comfortable and clean, and a very nice layout. The front desk and bell staff were 10/10 extremely hospitable, helpful, and efficient! Absolutely I will stay here again!

Small, functional rooms, OK experience Our room was in the (renovated) Studio Tower (there are some towers with unrenovated rooms). The room was clean and functional, with plenty of electrical outlets/USB ports, but smallish, with no desk on which to work--just a small table. Although facing the airport, the room was fairly quiet, with only a small amount of airplane noise and no street noise. We were at the end of the hallway, and didn't experience hallway noise, either The internet was surprisingly fast given the size of the hotel. Strangely, there were no hand towels provided--just bath towels and washcloths. Also there was no rack to hang any hand towels. I do give them credit for having a trash can in both the bathroom and bedroom (I find it annoying when one has to go to the bathroom just to throw something out). We got a rate free of "Resort Fees," but watch out if you don't. That will add another $50/night (+$6 tax) to your tab! The restaurants were quite overpriced for the quality. Chicken and waffles at the Netflix Cafe went for $35+service+tax (or about $45--and that doesn't even cover the $7 coffees). Not a bad experience, but could have been better.
