Room upgrade/fun pool complex We received an amazing room upgrade and their pool complex is really nice! They have two large pools that we enjoyed and they have a lazy river that closed in November just before we arrived -- but that looked fun!

Plenty of in house entertainment, good but costly food, bad for a convention I was here for a convention on the company dollar at the hotel. Disclosure: Vegas is not my kind of town. I do not like walking through casinos to get somewhere. Resort fees are $51/day! Never had time to use them, and it was a quarter mile walk just to get to the pool. It's hard to even get outside the complex is so massive. Food and sundries are ridiculously expensive ($6.79 for a liter bottle of water at one of their stores?!) On the plus side, the staff was professional, the room was quiet, beds comfy, with plenty of hot water in a spacious shower. Food, while expensive was excellent at all 3 restaurants sampled. Be wary though in shower; there's a marble floor and nothing to hold on to or anti slip flooring could make you susceptible to a fall.

Just gross Checked in, bathroom was covered in urine. No one seemed to care. Waiting over an hour and still no help. No easy access from room to voice an issue.

MGM Grand great location Always stay at MGM Grand. Close to a lot of venues and Monorail runs from the hotel down to other venues. We like to go to hockey games and it is across the street basically a 10 min walk. The sphere is easily accessed by taking the monorail and then a 15 minute walk.

Great Rooms but S L O W drink service Great rooms and nicely updated. Drink service on the csaino floor is something that needs to be worked on. Peter at the rewards desk is a great help if you have any questions.
