It was ok but over priced The wifi sucks. The lazy river was awesome. The check in process was not very clear. Although it is located at the end of the strip, you can easily walk to everywhere.

Good food, Scary Incident,Poorly Handled I recently stayed at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. July 26th 2025 The rooms were clean, updated, and comfortable, I enjoyed several dining options on-site. The Grand Buffet, Netflix and Bites was a fun experience. The food court also offered convenient options. However, my overall experience was a disturbing and unsettling incident. While dining at the food court with my daughter, we were approached by a man who behaved inappropriately and threateningly. He stared at my daughter making us very uncomfortable. He was asked to leave us alone, which he said make him. It was so alarming he made obscene comments, threatened to punch us in the face partially undressed, and threw food at us. When we asked a nearby employee for help, we were told she couldn’t call security. Only after the situation escalated further did security finally intervene. Shockingly, they only escorted him out stating it was a “trespassing issue.” The hotel staff ( front desk)was very dismissive. The security guards so disappointing and made us feel unsafe. For a hotel of this size and reputation, I expected a much more professional and compassionate approach to guest safety. While there were enjoyable aspects of our stay, the handling of this situation left a lasting negative impression.

Poor service Poor service. They didn't care the requests we put in. Even though they know there is a repair work going on, allocated room to us and it was louder noise all the day. Service desk denied our room change request, more over they suggested to check out and leave if we can't stay.

No sleep at this hotel. CONSTRUCTION !!!!! Construction that starts at 5:00 a.m. and does not stop until after 6:00 p.m. Sawing, Hammering, Drilling, you name the construction sound and it was there. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNTIL THE CONSTRUCTION IS FINISHED. Everyone was saying this that we bumped into. They also have the nerve to charge a hotel $50.00 per night service fee on top of that.

Stay away from the Fourth Floor! 1. AC would not cool the room below 74 degrees. 2. Room smelled musty. 3. Jackhammers started pounding each day at 10:00 am (I guess that's why they put ear plugs in the room). 4. Could not adjust the temperature of the shower 5. Sewer gas smell seeped up from the sink (there was no stopper) so I had to put a wash cloth down the drain to stop the smell)
