Awesome stay Great hotel , affordable and spacious. Love their space for kids and the convenience of being able to just be an elevator ride from all the amenities. Will definitely stay again.

Bring your own towels and patience and drop your expectations if you are expecting a 5 star resort Our room was only cleaned one time during our stay. We had to take trash out and call two times for towels. Out of all the places we could have stayed, we chose this resort. Very disappointing. And, exactly what does the added resort fee cover daily on top of the room cost? Afraid to say, we won’t be back to this property.

Rude Staff Everything was going well upon check in. We did mobile check in. We went to our room and it is a so so room. We went about our day. I did book the room with reward points and was only to pay the resort fee. We went downstairs to get dinner to take back to our room and eat quietly. Well, when we got back to our room we realized we only have 1 chair at the little table in front of the window. I called to ask for another chair so that we could sit at the ONLY table in the room. I called room service and requested another chair and was told no that this would not be possible. I asked for another blanket which they did bring up and we put it on the floor and ate there. When we went to check out in the morning i mentioned the issue we had and the lady at the desk got very rude with me when all I was doing was explaining my frustration. There was no apology at all, she walked off to whom I would imagine was the manager who instructed her to refund the resort fee. Ii was not looking for this result all I wanted was a simple apology in which still not happened. I will not be staying qt New York New York again. I have stayed here several times and it is just getting less enjoyable with each visit.

Noisy and Average Room Love the casino floor and restaurants at NyNy but the rooms are just average but clean. No space for clothing storage (no cabinet drawers).. our room very noisy as our view was the rollercoaster and the room climate could not be adjusted.. don’t was stuffy sleeping environment

Just Ok We stayed four nights. Arrived early at 11:00 and didn’t get checked in until 3:00PM. Room was not well cleaned. They do not dust any counters. Had to use my own wipes to clean room and remove dust.
