Lovely service, but odd room smell Marikita in retail was very helpful in helping pick rings for my friends and I. She was very sweet as well. The room was nice, though our view was not great and there was an odd smell that would show up every few hours.

Not very fun at nyny Rooms cost way too much. Roller coaster loud and screaming happening from roller coaster all hours of night. No microwave and view was of roof and pipes. This is the 3rd time using Expedia and I am always stuck with HORRIBLE VIEW. U get to see pipes of the buildings.

Disappointing stay Been going to LV over 15 yrs at least once a year. First time staying on the strip in 10 yrs and very disappointing. NYNY is so cheap they can’t put a coffee maker in the room. Towels are cheap and rough and restaurants are expensive with entree only meal choice. One positive was access to the T Mobile center

Really poor that the hotel took deposits and haven’t refunded them and won’t respond to emails Please be careful to get paperwork stating you will be refunded your deposit, my friend booked and was asked for a deposit and I upgraded and was asked for a deposit, on checkout we were told the money would go back onto our cards within 7to 10 days and neither of us have had a penny back and the hotel don’t respond
