Best VIP treatment at Ny,Ny New York, New York, Outstanding VIP services coming from Josh Wheeler and staff. Great food, staff and rooms. I was picked up from the airport and taken to the Ny,Ny. Josh set up my room for easy access using my phone, bypassing registration lines. Transportation was also set up from and to the airport. I requested show tickets last minute and Josh made it happen with the best seats in the house.

If is not for the training, I will not going to stay on that hotel Clug bathtub. Playing for almost an hour at the slot machine, nobody come to offer water or any beverage. I turn on the service of the machine so that somebody will come and approach me what' seems to be the problem. The guys came and called his manager about my concern regarding the beverages still nobody came.

Just for fun, great energy, NY NY! NY NY is a fun hotel, good location, friendly staff, good restaurants and usually good room prices. Like other hotels there’s no in room coffee. Starbucks opens 6am near the bell desk. Americas cafe is open 24 hrs they have coffee. Had a problem with my toilet running after flushing, notified the front desk. Wasn’t bad enough to have engineering come in I was only there two days. Also had a problem with the room safe, security had to come and reset it. Best restaurants I think are Chin Chin, iL Fornaio and 9 Fine Irishmen. Try the Irish nachos, KILLER!

Unforgettable 21st Birthday at New York-New York! We stayed at New York-New York Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas this past weekend for our daughter and niece's 21st birthday celebration, and it could not have been a better experience! What a great Vegas Trip! This trip was so much fun. This property is a blast. From the lively casino floor to the vast and affordable dining options, to great entertainment… this place has it all. Rooms nicely renovated. Very comfortable beds. Perfect location adjacent to two trams.
