Would not recommend. Would not recommend. Had to wait up to 45 mins for an elevator and then walked stairs from 11th floor. Had not hot water for shower even after reporting to maintenance. Had no breakfast in room delivery service available. Rooms were outdated.

Good location but $1600 for 4 nights was not a good value with above frustrations Frustrated by several things: paid for 3 people in room but only given 2 free internet passes per 24 hrs. Had to pay extra for third person; 3 elevators on south tower were not working on busiest New Year’s Eve crowd. Lots of waiting; toilet backed up twice. Took them over 3 hrs the first time to come and correct. Good location but $1600 for 4 nights either way above frustrations was not good value.

Need more staff!!!! We are travelling with 8 people. All arriving at separate times. Each check in took over 90 minutes, housekeeping……. There is none. 3 days in and they have not cleaned our room once. I called down and they simply brought up towels. Elevators….. again brutal. They have 6 and only 3 are working. When you are paying a resort fee there is certain expectations and they did not deliver. The positive the staff that are there are great.

Lies I reserved a two-queen room three months in advance at a total cost of $125. After deciding to add a second night, I was informed that the additional night would be charged at the same rate. Upon arrival at the hotel—approximately 2.5 hours after check-in—I was told that only a king-bed room was available because I had not booked a “guaranteed room” through the website. However, there is no “guaranteed room” option listed on the website. I was then advised that a two-queen room was available, but only if we forfeited our view. The hotel offered a rollaway bed for our daughter, which we accepted. When we returned to our room 4.5 hours later to go to bed, the rollaway bed had not been delivered. After visiting the front desk, we were informed that no rollaway beds were available, and staff instead offered to send blankets and pillows. Forty-five minutes later, nothing had arrived, so we called again. Blankets were eventually delivered, but no pillows, requiring a second staff member to bring one separately. We were told we would be moved to a two-queen room the following day. At 9:30 a.m., we were notified that a room was suddenly available. Upon entering, the room did not smell clean and gave the impression that it had been occupied recently. We left our belongings and went about our day. When we returned at 11:00 p.m., we discovered that the shower did not work at all. At checkout the next morning, I explained the entire experience to the front desk attendant, who stated that one night would be comped. However, the credit applied was only $29—not the cost of a full night. Our final bill was $221, down from $250, which does not align with the promise of a full-night comp. When I later called to question this discrepancy, I was told to dispute the charge with my bank. I understand that my individual review may not impact the hotel given its volume of business, but the experience was disappointing and felt important to document.
