The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower

If you don’t care about luxury, this will do Room for improvement!! The location is cool and the strip bus stops right at the hotel!! There’s a $5 breakfast spot that you can’t beat. We reserved the newly renovated room. They did not answer the phone multiple times over a few days when the 3rd party tried to add my guest yo the reservation. The manager Shy* was unpleasant and not professional. She told me nobody called like she’s the only person answering every call 24 hrs a day. The property could use some TLC. Nothing about the room was new. The fitness center was neglected. The water cooler had an empty bottle. The only spot opened late was the McDonald’s & it was unorganized, dirty, and took forever. When my friend went to the social hour at the pool it was closed.

Always a great getaway at the Strat I love coming to the Strat hotel. The customer service is excellent. I had been out all night & management was kind enough to let me check in early (around 7am. The rooms was nice with a great view, comfy pillows, clean and spacious. I ate at Strat Cafe and Julissa B. helped me and was warm was a guest favorite at the café. The food was delicious, hot and the prices were reasonable. I won some money with my freeway and it was an overall great trip. I always am excited look forward to my time at the Strat Hotel and would highly recommend a stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Horrible My experience staying at the Strat hotel was terrible. I stayed there from 07/25- 07/27 and my check in experience was the worst I’ve ever had. I let front desk know that I would be checking in later than expected on 07/25 and they informed me they would notate it in my file. Once I checked in they told me the classic room I booked was sold out and they only have the upgraded room available which I would have to pay a fee for. I went to the room which was supposed to be upgraded and it smelled like there was mold in the room and the fan was on full blast, I went back to the front desk to inform them they mentioned housekeeping will be able to deodorize it. I asked for them to waive the upgrade fee they said they wouldn’t and can only waive one night of resort fee for the inconvenience. I told them there was no way I’m staying in a room that could potentially have mold in it at this point I’m ready to sleep in my car and asked for my refund for my stay and they said the best they could do is put me on the smoking side. I have asthma and let them I don’t know how I will do they refused to honor my request to refund my stay, so I was stuck paying for an upgrade fee for a room that was a hazard to my health . At this point it’s 1 in the morning front desk reps keep going to the back to communicate my concerns to the supervisor on duty. Why isn’t the supervisor addressing the issue with me personally. I’m spending my money at this hotel and I feel like I was treated like crap. I tried calling the hotel to address my issues to management and I was told I was going to get a call back and never did.This was not okay and I will never ever stay at this hotel ever again!

IT SMELT LIKE DOO DOO. The room was lowkey buns and then it got even worse because the smell of human feces over came the entire building. The rooms, the casino, the lobby. Everything. POO POO CASINO.☹️

I don’t like the pool The hotel was cool. Location cool. But them pool rules are ugly. The full pool is only open on the weekend so any other day they stuff everyone all on one side. The pool is ok but just go to a pool party so you can actually enjoy a pool to the fullest. The pool is literally my only big issue
