Great location, better service Great hotel/resort just off of the strip. Easy walking distance to the strip and popular hotels like the Belagio, Flamingo and Horseshoe. Every employed encountered was very pleasant and acted like they wanted to be at work. Service was fantastic and casino dealers really enhanced the gambling experience!

Disappointing for what was once a nice hotel This hotel used to be great for the money, but has decidedly gone down hill. Although I requested a quiet room in advance, we did not get one and no attempt was made to rectify the management. The female manager could have cared less when my wife went down to see if anything could be done, and my wife is nothing if not polite. Although the room was spotless, it was noisy with service vehicles backing up repeatedly on Sunday night. The shower head leaked and was not fixed. The bathroom faucet squealed every time you turned it. The TV came on with a blue light in the middle of the night, so we finally ended up unplugging it. We were told by the manager, "They all do that". The quality of the food was mediocre with two dishes that were supposed to have chicken in them (fajitas and pizza) having almost no chicken. We will not stay there again.

Great off strip option that's still close to everything Great location, quiet resort, very clean and well appointed rooms. Beware, there are a lot of buildings to this resort so if you are a woman traveling alone and you don't want to be walking alone at night to the back of the property to get to your room/building, make sure you call well before you arrive to get a room in either Building C or H so you are closer to the lobby and feel safe.

Great Hotel overall! Tuscany Suites and Casino is a great hotel to stay at in general. I love the cleanliness of the property overall wherever you go throughout the hotel. The staff are always very friendly. The resort feels safe and well guarded throughout the night. Front desk as well as housekeeping respond to needs right away. I love that parking is next to the rooms. =)

Good Value Somewhat dated room, but large and comfortable with couch and sofa. Restaurants were good, and reasonable table prices ($5 blackjack)Tough getting cabs, reasonable priced option about a mile from the strip
