Great place to stay at a great price! The Tuscany Suites are a great bargain, boasting large, clean rooms with a small refrigerator, kitchen sink, and cabinets. Lots of room to relax on the couch and chairs and the beds are very comfortable. It's quieter than the Strip, which we really like.

Most of your staff is great- But not the first impressions.. A very nice hotel with great grounds.. But it was all tainted from the very start by your Bellhop. Please advise him that people that lost family and friends during Covid find his unrequested comments of it being a "Plandemic" very offensive. One would think that an 8 year employee would know better or would not be there.. Which is it, his attitude is unknown or condoned?

Love Tuscany Suites...it's all great! Love this hotel and location. It's a safe, easy walk to the strip and to the Caesar's Forum for conferences. Across from bus stops if that's easier. Well maintained casino, big and clean rooms, beautiful grounds. Been staying here exclusively on my LV trips for a couple years now and will keep doing so. Restaurants are great, too!

Great resort, close to The Sphere! Nice location, close to the Sphere and strip. Nice relaxed atmosphere, a lot less hectic than casinos on the strip. All employees were friendly and helpful The whole resort was clean and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay at The Tuscany again.

Check in frustration I reserved two rooms a month ahead of time. When we got there we checked in and then left until later in the afternoon when we were supposed to have our rooms available. They only had one room and told us that the second one would be available later. At 5:00 p.m. we called the front desk and we were told that the room was ready and my daughter walked over to pick up the key and they informed her that the room was not in fact available and had been assigned to someone else. They finally gave our adult children a room in another building. The line at the checkout counter was probably 20 people deep and they asked us to wait in that line to pick up our room keys even though we had checked in several hours earlier. The resort fee was not readily apparent to me when I made my reservation so that was a shock. The manager did refund the resort fee for two nights of our stay but it really spoiled the experience
