Poor condition and indifferent staff The first room, 402, clearly had a major mold issue as soon as we walked into the room. After trudging all the way back to the desk the woman at the desk (Regan?) offered no apology or thanks for bringing it to their attention when I said the room should definitely be taken out of service. Simple,y handed me keys to another room with no comment. I am aHilton Honors Diamond member and have been in enough Hilton and HI properties to know what to expect and unfortunately this property is not up to the Hilton standards in my opinion based on overall facility condition as well as quality of staff.

Not a good Hampton Experience!! First impression of room was not good. Two of the lamps had holes in the shades. The large shade over the window would not go up. There was water on the floor in the bathroom. We reported the water leak and we left to go shopping. This was a $200 room. When we returned to our room, we were told the water had been fixed. But that was not the case. And we had to move to another room. A little later that evening there was a knock on our door and we were told there was a serious water leak in the hotel. They advised us that the next day the water would need to be turned off for 2 to 4 hours. This was for the entire hotel.

Nice room except for the couch. Nice room except for couch! Nice quiet comfortable room in nice area. We liked everything about room except for the couch . Most uncomfortable couch I have ever had at a hotel. It needs to be thrown away. Breakfast was as expected and of course the coffee is always good at the Hilton hotels.

In need of renovation~ The couch in our room was so uncomfortable. It needed to be taken to the dumpster and not good enough for Goodwill or a thrift store. The cushions were flattened and springs were shot. Dining area was not vacuumed. Breakfast was good. Body wash dispenser was coming off the wall in the shower. Plenty of towels. Pool was under maintenance???

Great place to stay It was a very enjoyable stay. Brittany was fantastic. She was extremely nice and helpful. The location was very convenient and easy to find. Close proximity to a lot of the area attractions. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great.
