You were so nice and quick to respond to our families needs. Secondly, thank you to Angel. She took such great care of our parents and making sure the rooms were more than comfortable. hotel room was not clean hotel lobby looked nice and clean, the area looked alittle rough there was a bum dragging a vacuum cleaner around in the parking lot, & we parked our cars up in the front so they were safe, the front desk lady was super nice and helpful gave me toothpaste when i needed it, but our room they didnt have toliet paper in it, or enough towels. the ac worked great in the room, but our bathroom specifically the bathtub had dirt all in it, a ring around the tub of black grease, & the bathroom floor had piles of dirt all over it. i let the front desk know our room was not clean but it was not cleaned during our stay, so for that i would not return, and i would pick another hotel for the price u can spend $10 more and go stay somewhere they actually clean there bathrooms, it was a waste of our money. and there blankets are super thin like sheets not a great sleep.

Beautiful Beautiful hotel with big comfortable clean rooms. Great pool area and the location was easy access and close to restaurants and malls. Very friendly staff, good fast hot breakfast and exceptionally clean. Would very much recommend this hotel if passing through this area. Good pricing and safe area.

Rude service! The desk clerk named Dream was most rude, not only to me but to others in line as well. He should not be working in any customer service position. Rooms were not ready for members of my group, and for others in line. Dream told us that we were not supposed to arrive until 6pm....all published material for this hotel says check in begins at 3pm. When several people asked for a manager, Dream said he didn't know where any manager was, as though that settled the matter. And no manager could be found when a customer went looking. We will not be staying here again.

Great staff and rooms The rooms are fantastic, clean, roomy suite. The breakfast was great and there were plenty of choices. The staff was super friendly. However, there was a very distinct smell all throughout the hotel, like sulphur. I notified the staff and the lady at the desk said she couldn’t smell it. My entire party could. The pool was lovely.
