Nice king room for overnight. Motel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bathroom stocked well. Fridg and microwave clean and working, coffee maker with enough coffee supplies for two. The breakfast spread had many choices and was good. Three coffee strengths to choose from, creamers, sweetners, hot chocolate and teas. Sorry to say they definitely need new pillows and mattress for room 103. We found the pillows were lumpy and stiff to lay on even though they felt soft to the touch. The mattress was horrendously uncomfortable, the edges were firm so you’d roll towards the middle which had dips, lumps, harder lumps. On the plus side it does appear plans are for upgrading carpets & hopefully pillows and mattresses. Glad I had a travel pillow with me which helped with my neck but not our backs.

Cleaner, more friendly, and better working electricity than the Hilton next door. After being checked in to the Hilton next door for an hour and a half everything went dark and even dingier. This was very unfortunate because we were in the middle of trying to get ready for our engagement pictures. We looked outside of our window to see light rain and the lights on at Sleep Inn. After going down to the lobby we were told we would be without electricity for another 4 hours minimum due to a generator that hadn’t been repaired or clearly maintained. We called Sleep Inn and spoke to Raven at the front desk. She informed us that they did in fact have full electricity and had plenty of room to accommodate us. She was super friendly with a great sense of humor and even a better price than the Hilton. We packed up and went down to check out after speaking to Hilton Corporate office who told us that under the circumstances a refund would not be an issue. After handing our keys in we were informed that the manager had decided NO REFUNDS due to a “natural disaster” that somehow didn’t affect Sleep Inn less than 100 yards away. Needless to say they were not going to hold us hostage in a hot, dirty, dark, and rude place. We will handle the refund issue with Hilton at a later time. I am so happy we left and moved next door to your establishment. It was much cleaner, you hadn’t run out of toiletries (as they had), our bathroom was actually clean, your staff was great, we slept comfortably and we were able to get our engagement photos done. My only regret is that we didn’t choose you first. Thank you so much for a great stay and hiring great people like Raven!

Fort Sill basic training graduation for our son Front desk staff and breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, neat and had no funny odors. The room was quiet and we slept very well. The notorious room cards losing programming is my only complaint. Which was very well handled by the front desk staff. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable It’s a great 2 star hotel. Nothing special but very clean and welcoming. It’s right off the highway and I would gladly stay there again. Clean rooms, parking lot was safe, and while it was a little over priced staff was nice and there was no other negatives.
