Clean and cozy We have stayed here several times. Both before and after the pandemic, the staff is always courteous and helpful. The rooms are neat, clean, quiet and hotel has parking and is within walking distance to everything.

Horrible…Only Stay Here if Desperate This place is horrible! Super poor management and terrible customer service. The GM, Brandon, is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He cares about nothing but taking your money. Even when a sudden death in our family was the reason for our last minute change of plans he still charged us! Who does that??

Time away from the kids I want to give a shout-out to Rebecca. She promptly got us checked into our room, went over all the paperwork and then gave us a curtsy call to make sure everything was okay to our standards. Thanks again for a wonderful time, we shall come back again.

Pass This hotel was clean but faded around the edges. (i.e. wall over spray on inside bathroom door. Left it that way....It is right on main drag, and all hotels appear over priced. Recommendation: Spend the day in Leavenworth, but head out of town for lodging.

Amazing stay!!!! My girlfriend and I decided on a little overnight getaway. We both have been in the Hotel business a combined 20+ years. We had no reservation and just hoped to get lucky. Not only did they have availability, we were fortunate enough to get a corner room with an amazing snow capped mountain view, fireplace and a jetted tub. The room was well maintained, very clean and up to date for the most part. With the exception of the outside being a tad bit dated, but adds to that beautiful Leavenworth feel, this property was a gem! The young gentleman at the front desk was very professional, polite and accommodating. We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. I would highly recommend when visiting Leavenworth, give this property a try.
