Good stay Great hotel. We made our reservations last minute, all of our requests were met with no problems. Check in was great, room was clean and fresh. The elevator was not working, but the staff was doing everything they could to get it fixed. Breakfast was the normal fare, the only real snag of the stay-the hot food was not replenished until after it was allowed to run out, many guests left without having a satisfying breakfast. The hostess was new and that was probably the issue. The manager came over and assisted her to try to get things smoothed out. Everything else about this stay was fabulous.

Needs updated. Hotel looks good from the outside but needs help. The sheets and comforter were thread-bare and even with an extra blanket, it was cold. If you are over 5'8" don't plan on being able to wash your hair without bending down to the shower head level. It hit me right in the chest, and be careful, the shower on/off lever looks/feels like it is ready to fall off into your hands.

Bed BUGS Bed BUGS!!!!! Room 323! My girlfriend and I discovered bed bugs after being here for an hour and a half! They were not hard to find after having the lights off for 15 minutes! I would not suggest staying here! Bed bugs are AWFUL to get rid of!!!!

Good choice Had to check in unexpectedly at about 9:45 pm. Desk staff was friendly. Room was nice. Comfy beds and good AC. Breakfast was good. Lots of variety and enough seating. Overall, a really pleasant experience. Cons: ice machine probably due for a cleaning; one of the exterior card locks was broken (the door locked securely, you just couldn’t get back in with the card at that door); small stain on one of the sheets, but the room was in fact very clean.

Friendly, clean and secure Very clean and friendly. All staff were happy and ready to help. The room and all areas of the hotel were clean. Full breakfast with fresh cooked eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits, pancakes, hot and cold cereals with all the fixings. Bagels, toast, cinnamon rolls, yogurt choices, muffins, fruit, etc. Pool was clean, warm and had plenty of towels. Staff recommended Brick House restaurant based on what we were looking for and it was perfect. All outdoor locks functioned properly which is something a lot of hotels don’t seem concerned with. I felt more secure in this hotel than many others I’ve stayed in recently, also because the staff take note of things, greet people as they’re coming and going, and seem to be aware of their guests. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return.
