Great Wedding Block Experience! My experience of working with the team at this property was phenomenal. Alexis worked with me to make sure every person in our group was taken care of. The entire staff went above and beyond, with enthusiasm to meet our needs. The positive energy that exist, along with a staff that genuinely enjoy working with one another. Myranda, Haley, Kia, Marcy, Hanna job well done!

Being a guest is an inconvenience to the staff. The staff at arrival told me my room wouldn't be ready for a very long time even though it was a few mins til 3. I was gracious and said we would wait. We waited over an hour. I finally had to go up to the desk to ask if it was ready. It looked like not enough cleaning staff had came in that day but they said that the guests checked out late. Morning of check out, When I called front desk asking to use the pool, they said it was open. I went downstairs there was a sign saying it was closed for cleaning even though no one was inside the area cleaning. they had used strong chemicals in it the day before and it was open but okay. I suppose they use the chemical excuse to keep it locked so staff won't have to clean. I looked through the windows and the floors were still dirty from the day before. It looked exactly the same when I had checked in, filthy with someone else's food on the floor. There's no evening reception or snacks like there use to be when we stayed previously. If I had known this, I would have went with a hotel that did have a complimentary evening reception. Quite a few to choose from in the KC area. You share your breakfast with all the hotel cleaning staff which is fine everybody's got to eat. My poor experience was based around staff. They aren't friendly and they glare at you like the enemy. I wanted to say hey I'm not one of these rich business people, I'm broke just like you, please stop giving me your hater looks. Also my room smelled funny like chemicals. I guess maintenance sprayed for bugs. Either way I'm not coming back to this location. I felt like the staff didn't want us there. That me merely waiting for a room key was annoying to the front desk clerk. If my family got to swim on checkout day then housekeeping and maintenance would have to go in there and pick up our used towels from the bin to launder, what a bother for them. That's exactly how I felt. I paid in advance or I would not have stayed. I'm just curious do you guys not pay your staff enough that they themselves are so miserable that they have to make everyone around them miserable??? Because I personally didn't do anything but walk in and ask for my room because my digital key wasn't working. otherwise I wouldn't even had to speak to staff at all on my trip.

Great hotel in Lee's Summit We both really enjoyed our stay at this Hampton inn. The people working there were super friendly. Especially the ladies working the breakfast area. I loved the fact that the television had a streaming service like Tubi to watch movies. That was a nice touch. The rooms were decent in size with really comfortable beds. We stayed in room 331, and it was well maintained. Everything was easy at this hotel. The service was great and the food was great. It was definitely a great place to stay.

Eh's... The hotel is pretty good! But I have some eh's... 1-there was trash and bugs by the pool..(I mean like bracelets as in trash paper one's) 2-There are some stains..but hardly noticeable! 3-almost everything in snack bar area is 5.00 like no..I'm not paying 5.00 for a snickers.. Overall the room and staff was amazing but those eh's are what i thought needed to be fixed! Overall the hotel was great!♡

A Good Night's Rest Our room was clean, the king bed was comfortable, and the shower was fine. All-in-all, a comfortable stay, with secure parking. The Culver's right next door was handy as we arrived late and were ready for a good meal.
