Nice stay We chose this location because it was reasonably priced and is very close to where our son lives. Generally it was nice. Room was clean. Bed was reasonably comfortable, but not as nice as others we have used. The breakfast was basic. They have the basic waffle maker and continental breakfast items and then has bacon and scrambled eggs. It would have been nice had there been some kind of variation in the hot items, but it was definitely better than a continental breakfast.Their exercise room is also limited to one exercise bike, one treadmill, and heavy free weights (too heavy for my wife to use who generally likes using free weights).

Great location, and breakfast, but the rooms are not clean. Location was great, breakfast was good, room size was okay-- but the cleanliness was ... the rooms were gross. There were toenail clippings on the floor, and hair around the room, in the bathroom and so on. The shower was also not clean. In all honestly, the positive of the location and breakfast would make me consider coming again, but I would bring my own cleaning kit and vacuum, and ask for a large discount for having to clean my own room *before* I used it. It is over-priced for the lack of cleanliness.

Homeless squatters permitted Hotel was clean, quiet & comfortable rooms. However, there was a homeless person sleeping in the guest laundry room. I informed hotel management and they said they “we know about him. He’s harmless. Better in here than a dead popsicle outside. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about it.” I won’t be staying here again.

This place is GROSS The desk clerk was sick. She was constantly sucking in her sinus drainage through her nose. I asked her if she had the sniffles. She said "yes". SHE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK!. THIS WAS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC! It may be because she was sick, but she was very unfriendly. As the face of a hospitality business, you'd think that the first face you see when you enter is a hospitable face! In the morning when we were passing the front desk to bring stuff to the car, she was still there, behind the counter, wrapped in a blanket...SLEEPING.. There were stains that looked like blood or crap on the towels. We spilled some water on the floor in the room, after using a towel to dry the water, the towel was black. This told us the floor was filthy. The mattress was rock hard. There was only enough toilet paper in the bathroom for 1 use. There was NO breakfast. There was a sign on the counter stating so. So, if they didn't serve breakfast, don't you think the rate for room should have been cheaper? This Choice hotel was a HUGE disappointment. We called later that day (Thursday) to speak to a manager about our experience and we were told that a manager only works weekends after 2pm. We were told to call back then.

Room was clean We were there for a week in June. The hotel was empty when we arrived and we had the choice of almost any room. We choose the third floor and the room furthest from the elevator available. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and was without issue. The rooms are smaller than we are used to having stayed at Comfort Inns in the past but it was acceptable. We only had breakfast once and it was an interesting experience. The wait staff was more interested in watching TV vs cleaning the area or making sure their was plenty of food available. A small issue but we did not have breakfast in the hotel again after this experience. The hotel is in a convent location that is near a few different restaurants and shopping. The hotel is quiet even though it is near the freeway.
