Clean, Comfortable, and Cost Effective Driving through to Florida- needed a place to stay for the night. The price was excellent (got a discount by using the app iExit and got it for less than $100/night. Room was clean, beds were comfy, very nice and new feeling, and breakfast was great! Would definitely stay again!

Horrible experience We stayed one night at this hotel. When we checked in, we were sent to the back of the motel, where there were 6-7 men loitering all over the balcony, loud music, smoking and partying. My husband went back to cancel our room. We could not stay next to that going on. We were offered a smaller room with a double bed. I would like to say we would like to forget that we ever stayed there and will never tell anyone that we did!

Unexpected Gem! Convenient location off 75 just south of Knoxville. Friendly staff. Very clean. Well maintained. Nice breakfast with good variety from simple to full hot. Super comfortable beds with extra fluffy pillows and soft mattress toppers. Reasonable rates. We didn’t use the pool, but it also looked to be well taken care of. We would stay here again.

Clean, little pricey the weekend we were there Again a basic no frill motel. Room was clean, the bed was comfortable. It seems to be in a safe area, and I had no concerns in that department. Staff was not rude, but friendly did not seem to be in their vocabulary. Breakfast was not good, but since it was included in the price... If price was right I would stay here again, but might plan for breakfast elsewhere.

"Excellent Stay" We had an excellent stay here. Check in and check out went smooth, our room was nice and comfortable and the hotel is close to interstate 75. Would recommend staying here if in the area- not far from Knoxville area attractions.
