Worth the money Short, quick trip for a funeral. We were able to book the trip online and did not experience any problems with check-in. The room was ready and was clean. The coffee that was supplied was good and the cream/sugar packet was adequate. Overall, the room fit our needs.

Serious redo needed... The hotel is just as you would expect for the type of hotel/motel that it is. Old building design that has not changed since the 70's and showing it's age. Bathrooms need a total makeover. Double beds went out of style in hotels 15 yrs ago, and queen beds would be more suitable for couples. Old sink vanaties are too low for average height people. Tome to spend some money and upgrade since there are other choices.

Terrible Stay, Terrible Service It was really a terrible experience staying for less than one night in this drity and inconvient hotel. It was really a terrible experience staying for less than one night in this dirty hotel. It is dirty, old, and smelly. I originally booked for 4 days, arrived after midnight, and checked in. The room was dirty, the cleaning stuff opened the door at 8:00 AM without even knocking. I wanted to cancel my booking and only pay for the night I stayed. The receptionist was impolite and didn’t want to refund my money for the other 3 nights, and didn’t even want to connect me with the hotel manager who was not on premises. I wasted a couple of hours on the phone between Wyndham customer care, Expedia, and Days Inn office. After a lot of wasted time, I was told by Expedia that the hotel was responsible for refunding my money and that the receptionist was lying. The following day, I went again to the hotel and they only refunded 2 nights not the 3 nights. I felt it was a rip off, very bad experience, very bad staff, and it was the worst experience I have had in any hotel. I advise not to go there unless they change the management and do some renovation.

This Wyndham is DISGUSTING! Hello, would someone please be kind enough to share this email with Wyndham senior management. Thank you. This is the accessibility room you provided to myself and my wife for our stay Oct. 29/23 at the Wyndham Lenoir City Tn. This hotel and its management is disgusting! When we entered the room there was a 1/2 inch of water flooding the bathroom from a continuously running and leaking toilet. The toilet was filthy. The tub faucet was also constantly running and someone had gone to the toilet in the bathtub and the hotel left it there! There was no bath chair. The sheets and bedcover were soiled and full of cigarette burns. I called the front desk and told the manager who replied “If you dont like it you can leave. I will give you a refund but you must leave immediately”! I replied “We’ve been driving for 12 hours, dont know the area, where will we find an accessible room? Can we change rooms?”The manager replied “Throw your towels over the flood and I’ll bring you more towels”. The manager never showed up. We had a filthy room with an unusable bathroom and filthy sheets and bedcover. It was disgusting! I have never experienced a hotel stay so filthy and disgusting and a staff so unempathetic and unprofessional (both the night and the day managers, it was like this was their daily experience and response!).
