Awesome For The Price Was in the area for a one-night stay to see a performance at Tanglewood. I was astonished by the room rates in the area. I was a little worried about what the accommodations might be given the very reasonable rate. There was no reason for the concern. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was very clean. Bed linens were clean and fresh. The front desk and other staff members were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again when I am back in the area for another show.

Unacceptable conditions and service Upon arrival, my wife found the room to be incredibly dirty and unwelcoming. The curtains were stained, with what appeared to be blood stains, and had holes that looked like they had been poorly patched up. The overall state of the room was shady and unsettling. To make matters worse, the bed did not have a proper blanket. When my wife approached the manager to request a blanket, she was rudely told that "this is what you get here" and was instead offered an extra sheet. Shockingly, this sheet had dead bed bugs on it. The experience was extremely traumatic for her. Feeling unsafe and uncomfortable, my wife decided to leave the place after less than two hours. The manager's behavior was rude and dismissive, reiterating that "this is what you get for the price" without offering any apology for the appalling conditions. To add insult to injury, we were charged for the entire night despite my wife having to leave due to the unacceptable conditions. We paid over $100 per night for this room, and the experience was far worse than any budget accommodation we have ever encountered. I am deeply disappointed with Wyndham for allowing such substandard conditions to persist under their brand. The management at this location needs to be reevaluated, or the property should be closed until significant improvements are made. I will be posting this review publicly to warn others about the conditions at this property until these issues are addressed. I strongly urge you to take immediate action to rectify these problems and ensure that no other guests have to endure such a horrific experience.

Clerk at desk told us to go back to Canada for better service Very poor customer service and problem solving skills. We stopped over and booked the hotel a few hours before we got there because we were tired from the 10 hour drive the day before and the clerk told us to go back to Canada for better service if we weren’t happy about the fact that there isn’t a public bathroom the guests can use before checking in. He yelled it at us while another guest was present and followed it up with telling us not to talk amongst ourselves in our native language because he didn’t like what we were saying. I would avoid this site if possible.

Very Good They had a big room for me which was clean and had a very good TV -with coffee and snacks in AM. Highly recommend and will use again when in the area and in need of a good room at a good price. The grounds were being attended to and everyone seem to care about their job and the property.

Comfortable Stay This is a very clean, well maintained, older building that has easy access to the main thoroughfare. We appreciated having a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. We were able to get coffee from the front desk and had brought our own tea bags. Older guests may be challenged by this two story building’s lack of an elevator but the covered stairwell provided protection from the weather and the stairs are wide and sturdy. The desk manager is a gentleman who greets the guests as if he is entertaining good friends.
