Beautiful and perfect! Outstanding service, great personnel! Rooms are spacious and fully equipped with amenities for a family. Located in Avenida Lopez Matéos it is closed to the shoe outlets or the stadium and next to a Aurera. It has a beautiful pool and excellent breakfast buffet at an extra charge.

Family Visit We recently stayed at the Radisson Poliforum on 1 Nov and left a on 7 Nov 2023. We were there visiting family in Leon. The hotel was perfectly placed where we were close to everything and to our family. We also had 3 other reservations during our stay there to accommodate our family that were coming from out of town. From check in to check out the staff was super in accommodating our every need during our stay there. We are Marriott Bonvoy loyal customers. This is our first stay at Raddison. The hotel was clean and had a very pleasant atmosphere. Our room was perfect, and the housekeeping staff kept our room refreshed during our stay. We hope we could get out same room when we return. I also want to send a huge thank you to all the other hotel staff. From the front desk and to the restaurant staff who were super amazing. Unfortunately, we were not able to get any names of the associates, but they were all the epitome of what great customer service should be. The front desk staff was always helpful. The restaurant staff provided 5-star service. We were there visiting family. We will definitely return to visit family again in Leon. Rest assured we will stay at your great hotel. Please pass our gratitude to your wonderful staff. their great customer service was greatly appreciated. I went online and signed up for Choice Privilege while we were there at your hotel. rate i hace some issues with the bath AND the buffet otherwise the atention was good even thou for the people in the crowd ITS importante tonhave a nice gesture like good look un the exam or thing like that

Very well I was for business and my stay was very good, the pool is bigger than other hotels that surely you can enjoy after a day of work. The room is similar to other hotels nothing different but nothing less, there is a parking lot in the back side of the hotel. The service at the restaurant is very well, but the food is on the average.

Terrible Restaurant Service The breakfast was cold in every aspect, cold bread, cold eggs, cold beans. I was working at the business center and looks like the Air conditioner at the Business Center was not working properly. Extremely loud music at the bar.
