Excellent The hotel was not full for a sat night before july 4. The place seems renovated. The room was great and clean. The showerhead was perfect. They have a small pool which i didnt use. If you want ice its on the 1st or 3rd fl. It was nice and quiet. Wendys next door

Generally clean, but… The location was convenient. Our room was overall clean. But the room did have a musty smell. The carpet had a few stains, which I never really trust cleanliness of hotel carpets. The climate control was warmer than I’d prefer, as I tend to prefer a cool room. But the bathroom, sheets and linens were clean. Amenities were decent. And it’s super close to the UK campus, with an affordable price.

Great place! Very clean with friendly staff. Easy parking. Loved the large room layout! We had a king suite with a sofa bed and a table & chairs. Lots of floor space and bathroom was nicely sized. Plenty of bath linens. Breakfast had all of the basics covered and was served well. Exemplifies all of the best that you expect from an IHG property. Thanks!

“You overbooked our hotel” “You overbooked our Hotel” is the greeting to the phone call I just received after driving enroute over an hour to go to Lexington for a short vacation getaway. No “Thank you for being a Platinum member”, just a “You overbooked us and we don’t know why the room was showing available on the website but it really wasn’t. I’m going to cancel your booking if that’s OK.” My thoughts were “No that’s really not OK considering I am an hour away from home and who knows where am am gonna stay now”. This was completely disrespectful and super inconvenient as having booked the reservation hours prior. What a disappointment. The availability should have never been listed on the IHG App. Again, highly disappointed.

Pretty nice place to stay by U.K. Medical Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Only complaints is that my shower did not drain very well and breakfast was late everyday. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Nice selection of restaurants nearby.
