Outstanding Motel Outstanding Motel. The hotel was very comfortable. The Desk Clerk - Windy, was awesome. Very polite, friendly, professional. Called approximately 1hr out from arriving to make my reservation. She had everything correct and ready upon my arrival. I asked for a ground floor, due to having a bad knee. She put me next to office and was very quiet. Thank you - Ms. Windy.

Just don’t!!! Pre-pandemic, my family had stayed at the location multiple times for our weekend getaways to Lexington; however, we will not be staying again. I had to sign a document that there would be no smoking in the room. No problem, I’ll gladly do that. Then entering our room the smell of stale smoke would choke you. The cigarette burns on the comforter & desk were a less than nice touch. I then tried to turn on the AC, which didn’t work….the seal on the mini fridge was broken, the mold in the shower was horrible. I generally never complain, but this was tough. I went to the front desk & informed the employee the AC was not working, nor the fridge & the room had a pungent odor. Without saying a word or acknowledging the issues, I was handed a card for another room & told “I can put you in 1%#.” We promptly moved into a room where the AC worked, but that was the only issue that was resolved. Unfortunately, we just cut our trip short. It was miserable & we could only tolerate 1 night. Our clothes smelled & we just felt nasty. This used to be a decent place. Never extravagant, but clean. Also, it used to feel much safer. I was outside & a guy walked out of his room & urinated at the trash can. I hate to say the place is “sketchy,” but it’s sketchy & not the place for anyone. Much less a family. When we decided to leave, I went to turn in my key. The receptionist set up is like a jail. I’ve never been to jail, but that’s how I imagine it. Anyway, the receptionist asked about the stay & informed me I could not get a refund. I don’t have money to throw away, but I would have paid to not stay any longer. I informed her of the hideous smell & was offered some Febreeze. I do appreciate the offer, but this property needs more than air refresher. Despite the convenience, we will not be back. Ever! now like a bail bondsman. No Lobby. Just a jail type window. I was asked

Very clean and very nice and friendly at front desk The room is very clean, and our front desk worker April has been very good to my family and has helped with everything! Couldn't ask for better. I recommend this hotel to anybody and me and my family will definitely stay here again. My kids have enjoyed being here as well.

If you’re ok with bugs and construction workers rent a room We checked in. Receptionist was kind said she put us in the front where it was quieter. When we drove around to park 3 men were standing in the door next to our room drinking and smoking with music loudly coming from the room. Another person was sitting on the sidewalk a few doors down. We went into the room a bit uncomfortable but it was early evening so we hoped this would not go on long. Within 10 minutes we seen our first cockroach. I went straight to the office where the receptionist was still kind and apologetic. We checked out and left immediately. The room itself was average and we’re ok with that, but we’re not ok with bugs. Area is a bit sketchy. I would not advise a single female to travel here alone.

Good stop Room was clean and well "equipped". Bed was good and the heat/air conditioner worked. Check in was not where we expected and it took a minute to figure out where it was. However, the lady working there was quite pleasant and efficient. Would return.
