Horrible Customer Service: Absolutely Horendous The door does not open automatically. The lady at the desk saw us standing there and did not say anything. And when we came into the hotel, a man greeted us rudely. I was very uncomfortable and felt in a very unsafe environment for me and my family. I would say do not patronize this hotel because by doing so it helps to perpetuate the terrible service and absolute lack of human decency that they have.

Not a four but decent price for what you get. The room was clean, especially the bathroom, which is a must for me. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was a disappointment. Compared to other hotel breakfast buffets, the fare was sparse. There are plenty of breakfast options in the area once you leave the hotel.

Plumbing issues Stay was ok for overnight. I did notice a smell when entering the room but I could not identify it. The plumbing needs work. It took many flushes to clear the toilet. Bed was ok and room temperature adequate. Glad to see small refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast in the morning was not stellar but It served it's purpose.They need a microwave however to heat up the cooled down eggs and I guess the the meat patty was sausage. There was several options though. Check in and out was quick and easy.

Had a great stay Stayed here on our recent trip to the area. Check in-check out was fine.. Staff was really nice and helpful and our room was nice. Easy access from the interstate, breakfast was fine to start your day. Would stay here again.

Friendly, Helpful Staff Here We chose to stay here for two reasons, actually 3; we wanted to stop 7-8 hours from home as we drove from NY to Sevierville, Tennessee, we love to swim laps & the pool here was the perfect 36' length for that &, lastly, we were so impressed that the manager made a special point of walking over to the pool to measure its length for us before we got here. Very personal attention which we appreciated. The hotel is clean, breakfast is basic but filling, rooms are a good size, the hotel is smack-dab next to the highway (you don't hear any highway noise at all) & its only down side is that it is 7 miles from the village of Lexington, although it is worth the drive for dining & a walk- about (but not on a Sunday, when everything closes down early).
