Days Inn by Wyndham Liberal KS

Good hotel for the price I stayed on a Sunday night, the room was decent and quiet. I stayed on the second floor in a king suite, the bed was comfortable and I slept well. The desk clerk was nice and friendly. Plenty of parking. I thought the room was decent for the price. Good stay if on a budget. I was traveling by myself, but would stay there with my family. Liberal, KS is the halfway point when I travel home and I would stay there again. It is an older hotel, and so decor and room is older but I’m only there to sleep not admire the decor. The breakfast could have been a better selection, but hey, I didn’t expect it to be like IHOP. Probably not your place if you are a fancy pants, but my experience was good and I thought it was a good hotel for the price! See you there on my next trip Safe travels!

Keys needed to be reprogrammed 3 times and they had no water key cards wouldn't work three times within a few hours the same day I got there. Also, vending machine was broken and they had NOTHING to drink, not even water bottles, just diet coke in a can. Lastly, the late night desk guy was pretty useless when I asked about the drinks, wouldn't let me have any juice from the breakfast menu since there was no water or other options.

Where is the manager and why that male clerk 3-11 don't no nothing Only go here if it's a 911 we went here that guy that works 3-11 shift he knows nothing about that hotel he gave us a room 205 somebody was already in the room and he said I don't no nothing about this place I only work 2 nights a week shame on the managers I hope one day they get sued if you care about where you stay don't stay here pour coffee on the sheets to make sure they change them went to dollar store to buy carpet freshener save your money the rooms stink like dirty laundry

Barking dogs in the room next to our room . The room was small but clean with two double beds. The sliding door to the bathroom would not slide on the track. Overall, the room was adequate for a couple. We had a well behaved dog that minded our commands. When we initially opened the door to our room, we could hear several dogs barking in a room next to ours. While we unloaded our belongings from our car, a man brought 3 small dogs outside the building then he proceeded back to the room next to ours. We settled in for the evening, then at random moments, the dogs would begin barking. Eventually, My husband knocked on the door of room 107, and no response other than barking of dogs. This went on throughout the night. Finally, my husband went to the front counter the next morning and explained the situation to the girl. She responded that the party was paying and further disclosed that they had been there 3 nights. She claimed there was nothing she could do. Note: we had noticed that the vehicle of the man & woman of the dogs had left and did not return.

Not good Two mouse traps behind the TV stand. No ice am or p.m.. the pool and spa were closed. The fruit they served for breakfast was a fruit cup, no toast, no oatmeal, no bagel and they had no toaster. I'm a Wyndham's rewards person in my rate wasn't any cheaper than a walk-in and the friends that we were with. Only good thing the mattresses were nice because they had just been replaced. Very disappointed
