Good Location Average Experience Picked this motel due to location. It was close to an event my son and I were attending. The area was quiet and easy to get to. Facility was clean but had a musty odor in the hallways. Bathrooms are small and tub floors a little slippery for an older person like me. We didn't have breakfast because we needed to get on our way early but the coffee was good and the breakfast area was clean and seemed big enough to serve the facility size. Room was clean and quiet. Overall an average experience at a decent price.

Safe, clean, adequate lodging right off Ohio Turnpike. We stayed at The Quality Inn because it was very close to 76/Ohio Turnpike in Lima, Ohio. It was quiet, clean, and a decent place to stay for the night. Good local restaurant--Steamers--very close by for dinner. Light breakfast buffet included at the hotel. By now, we are back on the road. Easy in and easy out.

Ok for a quick stay Room was nice, check-in was fairly easy. Breakfast was far from anything good, nobody in the hotel but there was no food really there. Staff were quick to try and push us out the door in the morning. 11AM checkout, 1015 staff asking if we were leaving so they could clean the 7 rooms that were being occupied.

Snotty desk clerk made stay unpleasant My wife is a travelling nurse and had a 12-week contract in Lima, Ohio. There are many hotels to choose from but for convenience and cost she stayed at the Comfort Inn. She stays there at least three nights a week and she's been doing this for seven weeks. This morning, at 11:03 AM she got a call from the front desk. The clerk called to remind her that checkout is at 11 AM. My wife says, "It's 11:03 and I'm almost out of the room" and the clerk responds in snotty tones, "yeah, well checkout is at 11". My wife was insulted and infuriated at this petty and snotty and wholly unnecessary 'reminder'. She rightly felt that as a frequent customer she should be afforded a few minutes leeway. So when she got down to the front desk and confronted the clerk she said, "It was insulting to receive your reminder call at 11:03. I am a regular customer here and have been for seven weeks. But I don't think I'll be staying here anymore." The clerk shrugged indifferently and said, "Okay, that's fine" There were two additional issues that came up during here stays there: On one trip the couple in the next room had a shouting fight two nights in a row in the middle of the night. Both time my wife had to call the front desk. One one other stay my wife came to her room after her shift at 2 AM to find a black sedan with blacked out windows idling in the parking lot near the entrance she uses. She could see and hear the car from her room and it just idled there in the middle of the night for at least an hour. What exactly was this car doing? It looked and felt pretty sketchy. The hotel should have cleared the guy out of there or called the cops for suspicious activity.

For a short stay this place is fine! Hotel is very old, needs updating. Bed mattress was a little rough to sleep on. Breakfast very basic, due to covid. But, it was clean. Our room, shower, sheets etc all seemed fine. Check in staff were great people! They helped me get some late night food ordered. Was ok place for a short night for us to stay in.
