Good location Decent place, although there is construction going on when I visited. Doing some remodeling or refreshing. Otherwise, the rooms were nice and clean. Good location - near many restaurants and major roads. Breakfast was good, as you might expect.

A mixed bag… We stayed in a renovated room & were surprised how hard the bed was. I think each Hampton property is now independently owned, even though is being a part of a Hilton brand. While this new mattress wasn’t terrible, it was indeed hard, and we actually love when mattress is firm, but there is a difference between firm & hard. The other con for us was being referred to as “honeys” by the front desk lady. The general manager’s attire partially revealed cleavage. I am not saying if it’s appropriate or not, I am just stating the fact that her cleavage was partially visible. Hot tub was open & working during our stay, but pool was freezing cold. The pro of our stay was breakfast, which was very well managed & stacked. Another pro was staff were accommodating, despite lacking some manners.

Very poor experience... I haven't posted in a while, because I just felt like same old, same old. But we do stay at the hotels at least three months a year as we travel, and our stay at this Hampton Inn was so horrible. I felt like I should write a review in the effort to help people. Front desk clerk wasn't able to address issues and was borderline rude. She din't have an ID tag on and didn't provide her name, so I can't properly address her. They just started renovations, but new night stands and a new desk are not going to fix the horrendous customer service and issues on property. The swimming pool area was a disaster. Cigarets buds and packs were laying on the tables in the pool / hot tub area, and non smoking policy was not unforced. Bed being comfortable and water in the shower being hot are the only positives during our stay.

Dirty Hotel I read all the reviews for tis hotel and they all made it sound how great and clean it was. It was just the opposite. This hotel is a dirty dive. Don't believe the prior reviews on Trip Advisor. The room was filthy dirty. I was hard to sleep it smelled so bad. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here.
