Not that clean! Dirty room. Sofa bed had no fabric on cushions and stains on it. Water in shower was either really hot or really cold. Great front desk at night. Not enough pillows or blankets in the room. Had to go down to front desk to get more. Close to airport.

Do not count on BWI parking at this hotel Parking at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, BWI Airport is a disaster. Shuttle service to airport is listed on my confirmation as 04:14 AM - 12:00 AM, i.e., all day except midnight - 4:14 AM., on the :20 and :50 of the hour. Arranged for shuttle service to airport on arrival. No mention of other limitations or change in hours of service. When we arrived at BWI on 7/18/2024 at 1:15 PM, after a flight delay of 1 hr, we waited until 2:15 PM, thinking we may have just missed the 1:20 shuttle. When we called at 2:15, we were told by the front desk that the shuttle doesn't run 12:00 PM (noon) - 3:00 PM! No suggestion on how to get back to our car from the front desk. We paid $20 and got a ride from another hotel shuttle! We will never stay at this hotel again.

Sad I was stuck in elevator 3x and had to redo key card 7x and was talked to very rudely 2x,and had housekeeping come into room no knock unannounced 5x and called by front desk 4x that my reservation was expired,I travel for work and have stayed at 17 hotels so far this year and this has been the worst I've ever could have had never again will I stay at a country inn

Misleading Parking and Airport Shuttle Fiasco When Southwest Airlines changed my flight to an early departure, I selected Country Inn and Suites by BWI because of the convenience of parking my car and shuttling to the airport. The advertisement on Expedia was misleading, indicating free parking, when in fact it's only free while you are actively staying there. Parking is actually $10 a day. I decided to go ahead and pay the fee since it would have been more challenging to park at the airport prior to my flight with an early departure. Upon my return, I called to have the hotel shuttle pick me up. Each time I called, the prompt for pick-up wasn't working and ended the call. I finally called the reservation desk and explained the situation. I was told to stand in the bus lane and that a shuttle would be arriving on the 5's--15 and 45 minutes after the hour. After waiting almost an hour, I called back and was asked about my reservation as if they were vetting me about whether or not to send the shuttle and only after that, I was told that they would send someone to me and to stay where I was. It was clear to me that no one had been sent out after my initial call. I shared with this person how inappropriate this was, how long I had been waiting, how disappointed I was with their customer service and she hung up on me. When the shuttle finally arrived, it was not in the bus lane area, so I had to run to the shuttle side and thankfully he didn't leave me stranded. This fiasco caused me to depart an hour later than planned. I will never stay at this establishment again!

Not the best I usually stay here for the airport shuttle service plus it's a decent hotel. However, this time the service was less than decent. We needed the early morning (4:20am) shuttle. When we came downstairs in the morning, they said someone had crossed us off the list? Thankfully, we were able to get on the shuttle to the airport. Unfortunately, we weren't told that the shuttle service shuts down every day from noon until 3pm. On our flight back, we arrived at the airport at 2pm and when we finally got through to the hotel, we were told there was no service until 3. We had to Uber instead. Then, to top it off, as we were leaving and checking out, we were told of the $50. parking fee. Communication between staff members was truly lacking. It would have been nice to have been told ahead of time about the airport shuttle and the parking fee. I won't be choosing this hotel again.
