Customer service Brooke at the front desk is great. She is very friendly and accommodating. I’ve stayed here multiple times and service has never changed. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. I travel all over the country for work and when I come thru this part, I choose to stay here.

Potential is there but not a focus for them It was a lot of small things that factor into a big mess. I booked through a site where I had a discounted rate. The security deposit cost more than the room. And then I was told the security deposit cost varies day to day. Before I get to my room I run into a massive amount of renovations and clutter. Literal clutter. From the old furniture outside to the stuff stacked in corners of hallways. I came up to my floor to see old furniture and plaster in the middle of the hall. My room wasnt bad. I had no remote for the tv. But they could've at least put up a notice saying they are renovated cleaning or whatever it was a horrible sight for someone thats supposed a place of comfort.

Filthy, unclean and unsafe. Filthy. Unclean and unsafe. Booked a room here after a long flight into BWI, but the hotel was a disaster. Although the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the hallways and elevators were disgusting, with dried liquid stains of some sort (vomit or a spilled milk shake), and the hallways had clearly not been vacuumed in weeks. The room was slightly better, but there were sticky spots on the kitchen floor, and greasy hand prints on the wooden head board above the bed. Finally, the back entrance to the hotel from the parking lot had no locks, there was a sliced screen hanging down from one of the ground floor windows, and a car in the parking lot was literally up on cinder blocks, with all four tires missing. All of this felt unsafe. I've stayed at Sonesta ES hotels before, and been generally happy with the experience. This hotel had a nice exterior and the room furnishings were fine, but the experience last night was horrible.

They cannot be trusted Extremely dishonest people. First off I would like to start by saying I left the room extremely clean after a very short stay . The morning of my departure I heard a knock at the door it was house keeping I've asked them to give me a second in which they did 5 minutes later I was out about 2 hours later I'll realize I have left my watch in the bathroom. When I called the front desk I asked them to check for me they told me that it was not there I was not too far from the place so I drove back there. I was accompanied by one of the workers back to my room. The room still was not clean the bed was the only thing that was stripped I was told that they did not find a watch there. It was no shift change it was the same two housekeepers that knocked on the door earlier that day and I made sure to return my key that morning at the front desk so the question is where is my watch someone there took it, it's so sad within that short time period it was taken

Some things to note if you book online Our experience was one of travelers. We checked in late, which was nice since there is someone at the front desk 24 hours. Several things to note: the website breakfast hours are incorrect as of April 24. Both the weekday and weekend hours have changed. Both ending times are now an hour earlier. That should be changed on the website and posted throughout the various buildings. Also, there is a $7/day charge for parking. The suite was clean and phone charging was at the bedside on both sides.
