Dove at reception is fantastic! Easy location to find. Room was clean and comfortable. Several restaurants in the area. Breakfast area is a little small for the size of the hotel. Dove at the front desk was exceptional at check-in. One of the best displays of customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Her attitude was so welcome after a long day of travel, that it made our stay terrific.

Family Trip It was a nice clean hotel only about ten minutes from six flags, The front desk people was nice and friendly. The rooms were a little small but was nice and clean. The breakfast was ok I have had better and worse. The lady working the bar was nice and friendly her name was Helen.

Scary Experience We just had the most horrifying experience at this location. On the first night of our stay, the clerk gave someone our room keys. We were in bed watching television and someone opened the door and entered our room! He left and I called the front desk. The response was far from remorseful. Needless to say I couldn’t sleep. We decided to check out early due to this situation and the lack of understanding from the facility of the seriousness of the problem error. We did not feel safe staying any longer.

Close to Six Flags - A Plus We chose this hotel because it was close to Six Flags (around 9 min). We use to stay at the hotels that were walking distance to Six Flags but their reviews are HORRIBLE NOW. Holiday Inn was a great option to not have to travel far after the park. Convenient to the interstate and restaurants. It was nothing special or overly impressive about our stay. It felt like the room was clean enough to sleep ok. It’s very average across the board but did the job to stay overnight.

Overpriced but a decent hotel This hotel was okay, not the best Holiday Inn that I have stayed in. The hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly. At no time did I ever feel unsafe. When I checked into my room I found some trash left behind by the previous guest so I’m unsure of the attention to detail when cleaning the rooms. Also one of the elevators was broken so at times there was a bit of a wait. I just feel at the prices they charge at this location it should have been a bit better. The property looks nice on the outside however inside it seems to be aging a bit.
