Audell is great Audell!! She’s keeping this place together!! Audell should be promoted she went above and beyond for my stay and even checked on me to make sure I was okay. I see her working hard and she was there working a 12 hour shift, something I wish nobody have to do. Somebody please raise her to a managerial position!

Brief Stay Loved the location and the hotel was very quiet. We did not experience any problems and it was clean. We did not eat the breakfast because we were going out to eat with friends. We will stay here again

Second worst stay ever! My brother and I got back to the room Friday night and saw the room hadn't been cleaned. The door light was the only one working in the room. The beds weren't made and there were used towels on the bathroom floor. I called the front desk and was told that no one cleans the rooms until three hours after checkout! I asked her if she could bring up clean towels and was asked to bring my used ones down to her!!! I replied "Never mind". I will NEVER stay at this Super 8 again! Avoid like the plague!

One of the worst hotels we have every stayed in We had reserved a room with King bed. We checked in and went to room, and there was not refrigerator or micro wave. Needed a frig for our food for the night. Went back to front desk and a helpful lady gave us keys for a different room. But, the room had a smaller bed, that was very wobbly when you sat on it, or rolled over at night. It also had a plastic sheet under the blankets that were noisy when you moved. All of this made it hard to sleep at night. There were 3 holes in the chair, The light by the bed, has a switch that was stuck and did not work. Sink faucet was loose. The tub/shower drain did not work. After done with shower, water stayed in the tub for many hours. The clock was not plugged in, so we do not know if it worked. After all of this, they said they have a policy to charge our credit card $100.00 fee for possible damages. When we checked out in the morning, I gave them a note with all the problems and said I would expect a discount for this type of poor quality room. 3 days later I called to say that the $100.00 damage charge was not removed from our credit card. I was told that they would send a notice showing that it was removed. Never got the proof, but it was finally removed several days later. She also said the GM will decide on a possible discount. Over 2 weeks later, and no call, or email and no discount. This was one of the worst hotels that we have ever stayed in.

Worst hotel stay The shower had used wrappers and used soap in the shower with no shower curtain so the water went everywhere. The AC unit did not work at all. Had to open up the window and it was still 80° outside so it was hot. The lady at the counter just laughed and said yep not great rooms. I had to pay $206 for the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I Will never stay another Wyndham hotel ever again.
