Rooms dirty old and dated This property doesn’t live up to the Four Points name. There was mold in the bathroom, dirty carpet, and the rooms were not what I would expect. I will not stay here again. For the price I guess it was OK but I will gladly pay more to stay at a better property next time.

Don’t be fooled by the ratings The only lovely person we met at this property was the bartender. She was amazing and deserves to be in a hotel that matches her personality. All 3 ladies at the front desk were rude to my husband. I paid for a room with balcony so when we didn’t get it my husband went to the front and asked for joining rooms with balconies and she shook her head before he even stopped talking. The rooms smells like a porter potty and there were fabreeze car fresheners In every air vents in the hall way. The rooms were dirty the hotel was dirty the pool was dirty. To be quite honest I can clean and would have stayed if the staff was kind. We got out of there and stayed at the Marriott downtown. So much better. No pool but right away was treated with respect. Thank you four points staff. You really put a bad taste in my mouth for this state meeting you for the first time. If it wasn’t for us having to stay here 1 more day we would have left for our next destination. Will NEVER stop at this hotel ever again.

Rude Receptionist! 7/9/21 My husband and I checked in at 6:30 pm and a woman receptionist (the staff don't wear name tags) gave us a room at the third floor. After 3 hours the AC still had not cooled down to the temperature we had set at 65 degrees Fahrenheit though it was running constantly. We informed the front desk and asked to be moved to another room with a functioning AC as we were worried it might get unbearably hot in the middle of the night. The same receptionist said it must be the compressor that was faulty as she did go to the room to check earlier and saw the temperature did not cool down quickly. Why did she give us a room with a faulty AC? We had to change room after we came back from dinner at 12 midnight. There was no luggage trolley available (or they did not want to find one) and there was no one who would help us move our things. We took 4 trips back and forth moving to the new room on a different floor. We didn't know the lobby was on level two on the elevator, nobody told us. We pressed level one and the elevator took us to the laundry room. We had to press 'Emergency' button for the front desk. I asked for more soap as there was only one soap at the bathroom sink and the same woman receptionist rudely laughed and said 'we don't have socks!'. I repeated 4 times that it was soap and she pretended to still hear 'socks' and continued laughing. Very unprofessional! I feel she was trying to discriminate me as I'm an Asian. She should be fired, obviously this job is not for her!

Moldy smelling rooms and we tried three different ones. I have no idea how this is such a high rated hotel. They have a big mold problem. We checked in around 8:00 after rain storms. We tried three different rooms on the first and second floor and they all stunk like mold. There were cracks in the walls and grout that you wouldn’t expect at even a cheap motel. The employees were all very nice and I feel so sorry for them. The hallways are very humid.

Highly Disappointed Towel was stained and threading. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could have been. The trash can in the room still had trash from the previous guest. There was a bug in the room. The lobby and outside looks a lot better than the actual room. I wouldn't stay here again.
