Good Place to Overnight While Towing We were traveling from Tennessee to Texas, towing a car on a trailer, and Little Rock was our overnight stop. This hotel checked all the boxes for us. The price was reasonable and the location was convenient. We were able to park our rig in the back. It felt secure and the front desk put us in a room that overlooked the parking lot. We did not experience the poor housekeeping that some of the other reviewers have. The room was clean and spacious. I liked the Dove soap dispensers in the bathroom. It did lack USB ports and the AC unit was noisy. I sleep with earplugs in a hotel anyway. It was nice to have Boston's Sports Bar for a dinner option as we are on foot for dinner and are often stuck with fast food. The breakfast included was not your usual free for all buffet. We were seated and brought a pot of coffee and juice. The buffet had all the usual offerings, but the food quality was above average. I'm talking Fresh cut cantaloupe, pineapple, honeydew, and strawberries, Chobani yogurt, and thick cut bacon. This is an older hotel, but the pros definitely outweighed the cons. We would stay here again if we are passing through.

Park Sleep Fly option no good We used the "Park Sleep and Fly" option as the best way to park for extended vacation. The change in the rates to $50/5days will never work for me. Cheaper for us to drive and park at Expressway. Holiday Inn loses the business on the room and restaurant

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! 1. A long walk to get to a first floor room. 2. Other guests keys did not work, resulting in a long walk to the desk. 3. Musty odor. 4. Toilet refilled so slowly that I had to use a trash can and water from the tub to fill the toilet tank. 5. Worst of all: The bed came crashing down at 4 a.m. with a broken bed frame. What a rude awakening! 6. Wet carpet in the entranceway. 7. Very limited breakfast for $12.99. 8. Broken lamp shade. 9. However the personnel were pleasant, but did not compensate me for these problewms. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again! My worst hotel experience in over thirty years of traveling.

Nice Stay. Park Car for AP I stayed for business and left my car and shuttled to airport. I appreciated they shuttle 24 hrs as I had an early flight. Nice bar, restaurant. Staff helpful. They even adk if they can text you, which is polite. A bit hard to find the correct turn into the parking lot but you can figure it out.

It’s a shame, with some basic training for staff it could be an ok hotel The room itself was fine, however check in was horrendous and staff seemed to be amused by misdirecting a family with a small child. Then Came out shouting. Getting to the room and the car park was made difficult again by same check in staff. When arriving at the unlit room we flicked the first switch which did nothing and the lamps we not plugged in nearest the door… all great fun. Small issues to the room such as dirty packing on tea bags, a mystery blue substance by the sink, dirty mirrors and a vanity mirror without a working light. I was not happy with my 3 year old finding a discarded pin. We have been driving across country and the hotels are generally ok, but we wanted a lie in so opted for this with a 12 noon check out. Sadly we had house keeping try to access our room 4 times from around 8am: We complained but the general manager who was not on duty refused to refund us.
