Super 8 by Wyndham Little Rock/Otter Creek

Clean and good price Was OK for the night. Had some issues with the water temperature and the parking lot had a lot of traffic in and out. Very noisy but other than that the room was clean, good price, and good location very close to shopping and restaurants.

DONT STAY HERE IF YOUR HANDICAPPED If you have a service dog do no stay here. If you do not have a service dog do not stay here. You will not feel safe here nor get a good nights rest. In short, do not stay here.

Give it a pass Terrible experience. Check-in was slow. It was raining and they wanted people to line up outside and enter one at a time. No hair dryer in room. There was supposed to be a breakfast (coffee and breakfast item). There was coffee but "no breakfast item". Staff said that they were under renovations... however a breakfast item is usually a wrapped muffin or pastry so they could still have offered. We got a coffee and sat at a table. We were told we were not allowed to sit and should leave. We stayed but the employee screamed at us that we could not stay there. We asked to see the manager but they were none. We stayed until we finished our coffees. Overall bad experience. Rude staff.

Terrible Customer Service So, let me start out with a positive note: despite the exterior looking so-so, the rooms were well kept and clean. The bad news is that somehow I reserved a smoking room. This probably happened because where I live in the US I haven't seen a smoking room in 20+ years. I didn't know they existed...really anywhere...but I guess they still exist in the US South. It was terrible. I still have a smoky smell to some of my clothes. The second night I changed, but it cost me extra to do so. I can accept that but the staff really didn't understand the concept of "the customer is always right", even when the customer is probably wrong. You politely tell the customer that the non-smoking rooms are a higher rate and that you would have to charge a fee to change the customer. You DO NOT tell the customer that there is nothing you can do. Also of note, the motel is right off a highway. So, if you're a light sleeper, just note that you will hear the cars going by all night. To end on a positive note, the location was reasonably convenient, the rooms were clean (no weird stained carpets or bed sheets like I've seen in Florida). Also, if you are willing to stay in the smoking room, you can get a great rate!

Good Stay Everything was quite good. They pay a very high level of attention to security, as evidenced by the large bank of monitors in easy view of desk personnel. Seeing this upon walking into the office was most re-assuring.
