Excellent hotel and a great value! The Comfort Inn & Suites, 3979 Route 31, Liverpool, NY is modern, clean, very well maintained, has an tasty full selection breakfast, with a staff that is dedicated and always available to help. I travel for business almost one-half of the year and find this hotel to be an excellent value. The Manager Tracy Carvell is doing an outstanding job!

Great hotel, Great location under new professional Management It is obvious there is new management at this hotel. I have stayed here numerous times for business but this time it was 100% better. You notice the difference as soon as you walk in. The place smells clean and it is cleaner. The staff was more professional and breakfast was excellent. Big thanks to the new owners and I’ll be back soon.

New Ownership ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have stayed here in the past and was told there new owners so I gave it a shot. What a difference in just a few weeks that they took over . I’m so glad because I travel to that area often and it was clean and it looks like there still making changes. They were putting new equipment in Pool and talking about a small workout room while I was there. I wish them well _

Great place to stay I highly recommend a stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. My room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast. Hoping the pool will be open before my next trip up. I was told they are under new ownership. I want to wish the new owners the best of luck.
