Great Stay We stayed here for a youth hockey tournament. Normally, the hotels we stay at for these tournaments are not nice and the staff can be very rude. This was not the case here. The staff was so responsive and helpful. I want to highlight all of the front desk staff from the front desk. They were so kind and helpful to literally everyone. The room was clean. We even met the owner, Mase Mikhail, who recently purchased the property and was in the process of a huge renovation to the hotel. The wait staff and the bartenders were super friendly as well. The kids enjoyed the pool and the free breakfast was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

WORST EMBASSY SUITES. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! WORST EMBASSY SUITES. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! One of the elevators was broken. Our room smelled very musty and the toilet ran constantly. There was no employee at the Evening Reception and had to go to the Front Desk to inform them. Someone came over to give us a drink but no food was ever provided. In the morning, there was no orange juice or bacon. We are Hilton Honors Gold Members and when we checked in, we were given a complimentary Late Check Out. However, when we got home, we received an updated invoice with a $25 +Tax Late Check Out Fee.

Do not stay here..... Without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We had originally booked for 3 nights, but only lasted 1. If we weren't so tired from the flight, we might have noticed more and shouldn't have even stayed the first night. On the first room they gave us, when we opened the sofa bed up, dried food pieces came out of the bed. We stopped there and asked for another room. The 2nd room did not have the dried food so we thought it was actually clean. Upon further review the following morning that was not the case. There was trash in the drawers, There was trash under the sofa bed that was visible once the bed was pulled out along with clothing from someone's stay prior to our arrival. The back side of the bedroom door had dried soda stains.(We hadn't closed the bedroom door until the following day otherwise we might not have picked-up on that one). There also seemed to be some sort of black marks in the carpet and wall that was hard to tell exactly what it was. Terrible Hilton experience. Usually, the Hilton name means you don't have to worry about things like this. Very disappointing.

Embassy suites Livonia, Detroit MI This hotel exceeded our expectations very clean, didn’t have any problems, staff is amazing. They offer a breakfast buffet for their guests, which most places don’t. A lot of the reviews are from old ownership and old staff. There’s new owners and new staff and it is due for a renovation. This hotel was a 10 out of 10 would stay again and recommend anyone else to stay. Gianni Mikhail Took care of everything for me And I’m glad I stayed there for my visit!

Don’t expect “Embassy Suites” standards. Rooms are extremely dirty, no updates, everything smells moldy or stale. Staff was friendly, breakfast was not exactly what I have experienced from Embassy Suites. Cheaper ingredients, small portions, and staff was extremely set in shutting doors at exactly 9am when it was over. Room was older, smells musty, stains on walls, spider webs in corners, drain was slow so your standing in dirty water. Pull out bed was dirty with old stained sheets. Carpet was stained and very old. The place is extremely ran down and needs a full renovation.
