Great stay for wine tasting First time to Lodi to do some wine tasting and we really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. We had the suite which was nice having a little extra room for 3 days. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The AC was loud so I wish I had brought some earplugs. It was HOT this weekend so the AC was turning on and off all night. There was complimentary wine tasting from Fields Family when we checked in on Saturday. Breakfast was good, coffee and water available all day. The pool was a lifesaver when we’d come back to our room around 5pm, just wish they would open it earlier than 10am because that’s when the weather was really nice. I’d definitely stay here again, just not in late June, it was over 100F and that was too much for us.

No hot water, poor customer service No hot water! When I was finished with my freezing shower I contacted the front desk and was told “they had only had a couple complaints” and that they would have maintenance “check it out” at 12pm…I canned at 7:30am. Customer service terrible, shower water temp worse. It’s also dated and the rooms are small. Stay elsewhere.

In Need Of an Update Stayed one night here before heading to Napa and Sonoma. My husband is a Diamond Lifetime member so we tend to always stay at a Hilton family hotel when we travel as they are "free" on points. There was nothing wrong with this hotel, very typical Hampton Inn except it was in great need of an update. Things were worn and it felt old, but otherwise we had no issues.

Stay Elsewhere This place has great price due to location and this property is old. At check in, I had asked for trolley to transport my luggage. The Front Desk informed me that she doesn’t know where it is or where to look. There was no offer to assist to locate. Additionally, the Business Center is closed due to computers being too old too expensive to replace. I would not recommend this place. Breakfast was not the best. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Change your front desk personnel The hotel itself was in a good location. The front desk personnel was just short of rude which sets me off immediately. It was quite obvious she didn’t like her job. I was given a room that was right adjacent t to the ice maker which ran ever 30 seconds all night long. I had to put on a white noise to get some sleep. Facility was clean and beds were comfortable. Other than paying for a $200 room for one night and listening to an ice machine and rude front desk, it was a nice facility
