Nice Hotel Easy check in. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The Staff was excellent. The handicap room was spacious, but I would not agree that it had a roll in shower. There was a lip that needed to be overcome. The breakfast had an ample amount of selections to satisfy most individuals.

Nice hotel but poorly managed My sister and I stayed here on July 1 and 2. The rooms have clearly been remodeled and are very modern and comfortable with a microwave and small frig. Bathroom contains all amenities. Areas were spotless. The staff were very nice and accommodating despite the problems they were dealing with. BUT: We checked in the evening of July 1. 1. There were no keys available! "The FedEx truck with the keys was late" Never heard of this before. So the poor desk clerk had to leave the desk to let everyone in and out of their rooms. We took turns staying in the room and/or propping open the door, to get our belongings inside. 2. The pool was "undergoing maintenance " the whole time we were there, tho we never saw anyone working on it. 3. We went down to breakfast on 7/2- the breakfast room was boiling hot. The harried service person was trying to deal with a ful hotel full of breakfast guests herself - no coffee, dirty tables, out of many items. 3. When we checked out (thank goodness) at noon, the entire first floor was hot and the temp expected to reach 90+ during the day. Clearly AC broken (all morning?) I believe most HVAC companies have 24 hr service? Seems like something you'd get on right away with a hotel full of guests. So while the rooms have been updated, clearly the rest of the building was not. Great staff but obviously poor management. Would I stay there again? No.

a bit overpriced for what we got The room was clean and the air conditioner worked We chose this hotel in part because of it having a fitness center, yet the center was under construction. This should have been clear on the website. Also, even by free breakfast standards, this breakfast was poor. The juice and eggs tasted STRONGLY of plastic, we had to discard them. No yogurt. The oatmeal was incredibly watery. Very Poor overall. The television was unusable. No instructions on remote, the casting option did not work, there was no menu on the TV screen to show what shows were on. One could simply go through the channels one by one and hopefully find a program of interest.

Anniversary Trip- Centrally Located, Great Price! We had a great time staying at Holiday Inn Express in Logan! My husband and I try to go to Hocking Hills for our anniversary each year. The place we typically go was booked and all other cabins were outside of our budget with the ridiculous Air BnB fees. The Holiday Inn Express was clean, comfortable, and had breakfast- which was delicious each day. Gus did an amazing job making sure everyone was comfortable, had what they needed, and kept the dining area so clean. He is a treasure. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great overall My husband and I stayed there April 14th through 16th. I thought it was going to be so loud when I saw volleyball tournament participants in the lobby, but they kept the kids quiet. I was bummed the first night because the pool was empty and I literally booked this hotel because of the pool and breakfast. Breakfast was amazing! I made it a point to tell the attendant that the sausage gravy was excellent. The second night the pool was full but had a lot of restless kids in there and no one was keeping them from screaming. So I only swam like 10 minutes. The shower in my room was heaven on Earth. It has a rain setting and a "garden hose" setting. I stayed in there for 30 minutes. And they use all Dove products which was awesome for my skin! Upon check out, the lady at the front desk was super nice and super hospitable.I would stay there again and again.
