Great Experience Very nice hotel. I was there for business and accidentally booked on the wrong day. They were able to accommodate my changes and refunded me the no-show charge. The room was re-modeled and clean. Cannot complain about one thing. Front desk staff was very friendly

No Pool for 3 years. There are better options False Advertising! No pool No hot tub No Spa as advertised. These item have been “broken” for years yet they still advertise them. We have a rotating group of 10 trail riders and we are sick of being lied to. Employees said not to complain because they will raise rates. Provide what you advertise because we are no longer accepting your excuses

Clean but not functional We stayed in a “suite” on December 30th. Rooms were clean however as soon was we arrived we noticed the toilet was broken/not operational and the thermostat and HVAC were not working. The room stayed 74+ degrees and was pretty miserable.Holidays Inns have always been a pleasant stay for us however this time we were really let down.

Great choice for the Logan area. Great place to stay! We came to explore the Hatfield/ McCoy trails, and Bearwallow. There were like minded folks here. Comfy bed, clean room, spacious bathroom. Lots of storage. Friendly service. Plenty of tasty breakfast choices too. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Good Hotel, typical Holiday Inn I don't have any complaints about the hotel itself, no complaints about the staff, they were very friendly, my only complaint is that the pool was closed and I wasn't notified of that before booking or at check-in. We drove 9 hours to get to the hotel and I was so looking forward to relaxing in the pool. It was very disappointing to learn that it was closed due to covid. I would have stayed at a different hotel somewhere else along my route had I have known that in advance. Other than that, the hotel was in a good location, close to places to eat, a movie theater, and a Walmart. The mattress was more firm than I like, my back was hurting when I woke up. The room had a fridge and was a typical Holiday Inn room.
