Disappointing, unwelcoming, appauling service Ruined what had been a lovely festive day. I called ahead and was told there would be space for four of us for drinks, but when we arrived the downstairs bar staff member was dismissive, rude, and spoke to us with unnecessary hostility. We were made to feel unwelcome and left immediately. Very disappointing service from an establishment of this standard.

Tired We were booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1. The entrance and bar are nice and the Christmas decorations are beautiful. The location is great. We were on the 4th floor in a superior room. You come out of the lift and it smells damp, there’s no ventilation. Our room was very tired, scuffs all over the walls. The bathroom doesn’t look like it has been attended to for some time. There’s no ventilation in the bathroom so when you open the bathroom door after a shower the steam goes straight into the bedroom and the windows don’t open to clear it. There are no plugs next to bed and our tv kept cutting out which was really annoying. It’s a shame because the location is really good but I wouldn’t say it was worth what we paid for it.

Perfect location and service The hotel is at a perfect location. It’s walking distance to many attractions in London. My room was very nice and felt nice to stay in. The manger Mr. Selim Atias was very helpful and caring. My personal thanks to him. The staff were also kind and helpful. Congratulations to all the Dilly team!
