Weekend stay We had a truly fantastic stay at The Dilly in London and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A very special thank you to Selim, the Senior Guest Service Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made such a difference. It’s rare to encounter service at this level, and Selim is a real credit to the hotel. Our room was beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable — easily one of the best nights’ sleep we’ve had in a hotel. After busy days exploring London, it was wonderful to come back and completely relax. Breakfast was another highlight — a great selection, high-quality ingredients, and everything fresh and well presented. The perfect start to each day. The Dilly combines an unbeatable location with luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting London. Thank you again to Selim and the whole team for such a memorable stay!

Superb, clean & friendly. Nothing is too much for the wonderful staff who ensure your stay is most enjoyable. In particular Nelisha, who on discovering it was my wife’s birthday, not only decorated the room, but ensured that cakes and champagne were sent to the room shortly after we arrived. We will certainly return again soon.
