Best experience ever We went to London for Christmas vacation and even though the weather was pretty cold, but our stay at the hotel made it worth. Staff are great, friendly and helpful especially Mahmoud, the concierge who made our stay merrier. He is extremely nice, smiling all the time and doing everything he can to facilitate our trips and stay while accommodating other visitors without delay, noting that he was there throughout our whole stay.

Mixed experience The location is excellent. You can walk to many of the most iconic tourist attractions in London very easily. The spa was very good. The breakfast was excellent. A wide selection of high quality food to choose from. Sadly there was only one coffee station working and the restaurant was very busy so long queues. The bed was large and very comfortable. The lobby and common area were warm but our room was cold (in December) and there was no way of turning up the temperature. We had an executive room without a view which was dark and after 2 days it felt gloomy. Unlikely to stay again as I feel you get an equivalent standard of experience in a Premier Inn so long as you don’t want Spa facilities.

Excellent location, very good room size and good crowd Leonardo Royal London City Hotel: Where Family Chaos Met Five-Star Charm We recently checked in with our tiny, noisy delegation (myself, my wife, our 3-year-old CEO Trisha, and 1-year-old intern Arya). We left feeling like we’d pulled off a miraculous heist. The target? A peaceful, posh London stay. The accomplice? This wonderful hotel. The room was a sanity-saver. Two queen beds meant no one had to sleep in the bathtub (a genuine pre-trip fear). We were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and treats—a genius move. The shortbread immediately bought 15 minutes of toddler peace, the coffee revived the parents, and the sparkling water made us feel fancy amidst the cracker crumbs. Location is its superpower. With Tower Bridge a stroll away and a tube station literally around the corner, we could ditch the pushchair-strangling depths of the Underground and walk to wonders. Even parking was less painful, thanks to the reasonable Minories car park nearby. But the real magic was the staff. They smiled at our baby’s yoghurt-covered face, patiently navigated our double-buggy entourage, and made us feel like VIPs, not just people trailing Cheerios. And the view from our window? Absolutely stunning. Watching Trisha’s awe at the London skyline was worth every penny. In summary: they gave us space, wine, biscuits, and kindness. We gave them… well, probably some crushed biscuits in the carpet. A spectacularly uneven, and highly recommended, exchange. We’ll be back for more (chaos and complimentary shortbread). 10/10.

Awful welcome Just arrived at Leonard's London Tower Bridge to b greeted by very luke warm welcome from receptionist Anya. She could barely look at me, totally disinterested. It was so bad we felt like leaving and going back to the other Leonard's London City We made a mistake in going there first and firstly greeted to a really lovely welcome from concierge then directed to reception. Greeted warmly by gorgeous black girl, with fantastic manner who redirected us to r place. What a difference between the 2 places. Can only hope things improve.

Accused of not paying after checking out My recent stay at the Leonardo Hotel London Tower Bridge was extremely disappointing from start to finish. On arrival, there was a serious lack of staff at the check-in desk, which resulted in a very long queue. When I was finally seen, the staff were rude and unhelpful, making the experience even more frustrating after the long wait. The most concerning issue happened after my stay. I was contacted and accused of not paying for my accommodation, despite the fact that I paid in full in cash at the hotel. I was then told that the amount would be taken automatically from my bank account, which is completely unacceptable and very stressful. It baffles me how you can accuse someone of not paying, even though I checked in, got room service, checked out at the desk. I have since tried calling and emailing to resolve this matter, but I have had no response at all. The lack of communication and poor handling of a serious payment issue shows a complete lack of professionalism. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel based on the service received and the way this issue has been handled.
