Excellent Excellent meal, very enjoyable. Joe, our waiter was very helpful and went out of his way to help us with drinks that we asked for. He was friendly and we appreciated his attention to our requests.

Shoutout to Joe It was my first visit to the hotel. I tried a few cocktails at different bars and hotels, but the super confident guy at the bar named Joe had some kind of magic! He made me a Honey Spicy Margarita and an Espresso Martini ,both were top-notch. In fact, the Espresso Martini was the best I’ve had since I was in London.

Wonderful stay The hotel has such a relaxing ambience from the moment you walk in, with a stunning display that immediately sets the tone. This was our second stay here, and honestly, it’s the reason we came back. The rooms are spacious, clean, and perfect for families. The hotel also has a lovely bar and spa, making it ideal for unwinding. Breakfast is superb – a great variety and quality. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating. They work so hard to make every stay a lovely experience. A special thank you to Thank you to Joe, Rafiz, Aleisha and the team for their exceptional service. I would highly recommend this hotel, whether it’s for a romantic getaway, a reunion with friends, or a family break. It’s such a large hotel that really can accommodate everyone, no matter the purpose of your stay.

Very clean and spacious room This was a first for a couple who travels frequently...my better half did not have to clean the tub before using it! This was a very unexpected bonus to a room with a terrific view of the London skyline. Staff was very helpful and well organized. We had very nice stay...

A pleasant stay at Leonardo I visited London with my family to celebrate my birthday choosing to stay at Leonardo’s Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge. The quality and cleanliness of the entire hotel down to our own rooms were up to the standard that the hotel sets itself. It’s a really comfy stay and the atmosphere is much relaxed. Really helps anyone that steps into the hotel. One moment which really stood out during our stay was when we were having dinner at the bar inside the hotel to conclude this trip. We were met with both smiles, friendliness and attentiveness by all the staff. We were quickly given a table to sit at as we decided our orders, the staff were patient with us and were not intimidating. Staff were easy to approach them to ask if a part of an order could be changed or if we were missing parts of an order. The quality of the food is both authentic and fresh, you could taste the effort and the commitment that was put into the dishes. As we finished, one of the staff, we believe her name was “Leticia”, learnt that it was my Birthday and the staff had prepared a birthday surprise that was accompanied with a delightful and delicious slice of cake that was prepared beautifully. Overall, it was an amazing, smooth , delicious experience for my family, would recommend anyone to grab the chance to experience a stay at this hotel. Thank you to Job, Donna, Cristina and especially Leticia for making our last night at the hotel a place and environment to remember.
